Dangerous and dark location. I didn’t stay because of police presence and men.

You would think for as much at they charge for a Sat. night stay that you would not be afraid to leave your bags in the room. Its in a horrible neighborhood in low income housing and he place looks horrible. The room made me itch, the place smelled like mold and the staff was horrible. The Poll OMG the pool there was a hose going in from some of the run down room into the pool! thats what the pool was! A bit of advice book in advance and dont stay here!

The Courtesy inn had no courtesy whatsoever. The rooms were musty, the sheets and pillows looked older than me. The fridge didn't work at all. The "continental" breakfast was bare at best. Overall, I was severely disappointed. It seems like every quarter mile, there was a toll.

No uses of pool, bedsheets were torn, shuttle buses only went out in the evening. My birthday weekend was very disappointing because of this hotel. The pool was closed for the season, the room smelled funny every time we walked in, the bed covers was torn and old, and the remote didn't work. They had shuttle buses to and from Atlantic City. If you don't want to take the shuttle bus, it’s a $35 ride back & forth. I also realized that this hotel is being used as a homeless shelter. There goes my weekend away from the kids and reality.

The picture must be from the day the place was built. I'm sure in its day it way great but I would never stay there again.. My family and I went to many other places during our 2 week vacation, but this one buy far was the worst... We tryed to cancel, But they would not give any refund and at * I felt we had to stay.. The only way this place is staying open is buy the site unseen bookings I sure, So PLEASE online travel website RECONSIDER YOUR REPRESENTING THIS PLACE ON YOUR WEB SITE !!!!!!! THANKS MEL

The pictures on this website for the hotel are not of the actual hotel in it's current state. they must represent the hotel when it was first built years and years ago. It's bright yellow and orange and is surrounded by (and contains) low income housing. The paint is peeling off of the exterior. The screens are falling out of the hotel sliding glass doors and are leaning against the windows. The grass out front is dead. Young children residing at the hotel were hanging outside on the "grass" at our hotel room door. The lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. We felt completely unsafe even getting out of our cars. Shopping carts and beer bottles can be found all over the "hotel" property. We checked out our room, was disgusted, and immediately cancelled our reservation. Unfortunately, we could not get our money back because we purchased our room on line via Ttravel agent . It was worth our safety and sanity to leave and lose out of *. travel agent would be wise to remove this hotel from their site.

The Courtesy Inn in Egg Harbor Twnsp was as poor as a hotel that we have ever stayed in. It was dirty, dark and unmaintained. The help was non-exsistent and they were always out of coffee in the lobby by 8am. Our wake-up call for 6:30 came at 5:11 am and then at 6am and finally once more at 6:30 am. They laughed when we mentioned this to them the next evening. The tv remote only worked at one channel at a time and the tv itself, was (very) old and poor reception. We ask for another room and he showed it to us....it was even worse! We were attending a funeral and had no time to look for another hotel. The one thing we can say positive is the location to the airport and the Garden State parkway which we needed.

Nothing. Place was a dump, restroom was filthy, unprofessional staff. Do not stay here. This place is a certified dump. The inside of the Toilet bowl in our room was yellow-orange with stains. 90% of it was covered in that muck. I haven’t seen a highway rest area that dirty. Brought this up with the manager and he sent room service to clean. She tried to convince me that it is clean, just water stained. Then she tried scrubbing it with a small sponge in her bare hands. Obviously, it didn’t clean up. I asked for another room. Reluctantly, the manager gave me another room to check out. This time, the toilet bowl was 20% covered in yellow stains. While this was better than the old room, I looked around to see 100 bugs covering the ceiling and walls. Like out of a horror flick. Place reeks of smoke, right from the lobby to the rooms, that’s probably because the manager and staff smoke in the lobby and corridors. Had a bath with flip-flops on because the tub was filthy and moldy. The shower curtain had soap scum all over. Dark Blue room carpet had huge white stains all over. And those were just the visible ones. Broken fixtures lay in a corner. I wouldn’t go back there. Put in a few extra bucks and go to a decent place.

The scariest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed. As we checked in, we were given non-smoking room when specifically asked for smoking. Assigned another room. The first thing we had to figure out was if the big red stain by the bed was paint or blood. Paint stains all over rugs. Bed linens were brown. It got worse. Shared bed with insects.
