Hotel room was nice and cozy, beds were awesome back felt wicked every morning:) Restaurant was understaffed. Very close to all stores was a bonus. But does need upgrading.

Hotel is at a location easily accessible by high ways but near any of the attractions. Hotel looks great and has all good facilities. On the day of our visit and wifi was not working on any of the 4th and higher levels (508 server was down). Good friendly staff. We thought the restaurants (salons) were pricey and did not use them.

was a big inprovment from the last time, the rooms have all been updated and renevated. with wireless internet in the rooms it made it very easy to get things i needed to do in the comfort of my room!

I stayed at Hotel Courtenay Bay and the staff is wonderful. They have been renovating and the hotel is starting to look refreshed and renewed. Hotel Courtenay Bay is in a great location, about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront.

Hotel looks ok but it is old. It has been renovated and the room looked very nice, but it remains an old hotel. The most important plus for us was that High Speed Internet has been wired into the rooms. That makes the hotel worth booking and staying at.

When we were storm stayed in SJ this past summer, the staff at the Courtenay Bay let us stay at a reduced rate. Thank-you so much! The staff are very friendly and thoughtful.
