My husband and I needed some relaxing time together, and this was the place. The quiet surroundings, convenient food and beach made it where we had no worries, and could enjoy time together. The staff was fantastic, very friendly. We plan to go back.

This resort is wonderful. All the staff was extremly polite and so hospitable. The complimentary tours were great. Definatley do the Dunns River Falls climb, a lot of fun. But beware of the vendors inside the park. My only word of caution is that there are many many stairs. Long distances to walk from the room to the lobby, really not a problem unless there are health issues. The only other complaint which really is not a big deal, you are in a tropical enviroment after all, but the air conditioning could not cool the room. It was on its coolest setting and it was only cool in the wee morning hours. But we would definatley recommend this resort.

This was our favorite all inclusive resort in Jamaica. The staff was very friendly and accomodating from the moment we were met at the airport. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was terrific and the setting was out of this world.

My wife and I just returned from one of the best vacations we've had. We booked this all inclusive thinking the food might be OK and or the accomodation just OK. Both were spectacular. The food was 5 star with plenty to choose from. The menu's offer a nice variety and the quality was remarkable. The all-inclusive at this resort is just that. The staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they needed and was having a good time. Liquor was top shelf and the bartenders were pleasant, actually they were fun! Want to try something unique...tell the bartenders the type of flavor you are loking for and they will mix soething to suit you. The room was wonderful, a little musty from humidity but a call to guest services and withing 20 minutes we hjad a dehumidifier in our room. Took care fo the issue and all we had to do was have a good time. Great entertainment with so much to do we never left the resort. We will definitely be going back.

Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. The facilities are top notch and the property was beautiful. All the resteraunts were good and the entertainment at night was exceptional. All of the staff lives by the motto no problem mon.

We went for our 20th anniversary in 2006. We have goene each year since. The staff is wonderful and kind. They meet and exceed your need. The food is delicious and plentiful. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The is plenty to do on the resort, so there is no need to leave. You can do as much or as little as you please. The pool bar is a wonderful spot to hang out. Room service is a nice addtion for the times you do not wan to to go out. You can dress up or be casual. It is fun to return each year and share the memeories with the staff that we have gotten to know. Some friends went with us last year and they were amazed! I think that they thought we were making it up! Your every desire is met from when you arrive and get the nice cool cloth to freshen up from the airport and the tropical drink to your return to the airport is first class all the way. I can't wait to go again this year! Couples Sans Souci is top-notch!

Couples Sans Souci was a great location for my friends' destination wedding. The hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate the wedding party and guests (22 in total split between 2 generations). The location is stunningly beautiful, with private beaches and many fun water sports. We generally had pretty good experiences with room service, although there were a couple times when it was a bit delayed. The food overall was good, although some items were a bit on the spicy side for me. All in all it was a wonderful 4 day vacation for us we wish we could have stayed for a couple more days!

My husband and i were having the best vacation ever. the food the service the people we could not ask for anything more. While playing swim volleyball with a few other couples I noticed my husbands ring was missing. We searched frantically. We knew it was GONE! we told the staff, I didn't want to ruin our honeymoon anymore than it already was at that moment, so we kept going with that evening. Later the next day, a staff member saw us eating lunch across the resort and and ask what our ring looked like. My husband described it. As he did, the young man handed it too him. This was a 1,000 dollar ring with diamonds. He said he found it by the pool that morning and heard about a couple that lost it. We are definitely going back for our anniversary!

Sans Souci in Ocho Rios was a pleasant suprise. The staff went out of their to make sure we had everything we could want or need. Our room was third level which made the view spectacular and our balcony more private. The food is excellent. Be careful with the drinks; they are very sweet but can carry a big punch. A far better location than many of the other resorts in Ocho Rios. Having the au natural beach seperate from the main area made it the most relaxing beach/pool area at the resort.

Weather was great, room was OLD, beach was nice, activities were ok, food was middle of the road, I would NOT venture off the resort......not safe. Did hear horror stories of cell phones stolen (lock everything up). Not worth the 2 hour drive from the airport but then again, you get what you pay for. When it seems too good to be true, it normally is.

The Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios, Jamaica was 2nd to none! Food, beverages, activities, staff... everything was absolutely wonderful! The room and view were far nicer than I ever expected.

this hotel is the ultimate destination for a nice relaxing trip. has all the amenities and activities you could want. a very quiet and peaceful resort atmosphere. staff was very friendly. the room and bathroom were huge. large closet with two suit case stands and 2 robes. had a safe in the closet as well. they included a trip to dunn's river falls and shopping which were about a 10 min drive from the resort. we also took the glass bottom boat tour that was included in the resort activities. the massage area was amazing in a private cottage by the ocean. i highly recommend this place as a honeymoon destination or just a romantic getaway.

First off the food was to die for! great selection of different types of food and all were prepared to perfection! Attractions! this resort is a little more that 2 hours from the air port! aw man that sux you say! but ya know! it is only a few mins from all the major attractions! you dont have to spend 2 hours driving to go see every thing each day! The staff were all happy and friendly! and you got the feeling it was there mission in life to make your vacation all it could be! the property is some what spread out and were some stares to go up and down! but this also spread out the visitors so it never seemed to be overly packed! the gardens are mature and very beautiful! DID I MENTION THE FOOD? Oh the food is good! another thing is if your on some what of a budget! you don't need to spend any money at the resort! there are plenty of thing included that will keep you busy and are fun to do! We took a scuba refresher that we had to pay for but the diving after was all included! the dive team were fun and helpful! never made us feel rushed! The diving was not the best but was still fun! I would say take this trip! Jamaica was way more than i expected the people were so friendly and the food at the resort was great! (did i already say that?) they had good entertainment every night! Its not the wild party atmosphere but was good quality entertainment!
