Location
The hotel is located on the north coast of Jamaica, around 3 km east of Ocho Rios. Carved into the cliffs with winding walkways, natural mineral springs, hidden grottos, lush foliage and stunning beauty, this resort offers a unique experience. Dolphin Cove and the Dunn's River Falls are within 15 minutes of the hotel by car, while the botanical gardens are around 10 minutes away. Sangster international airport in Montego Bay lies around a 2-hour drive away from the hotel.
Facilities
The luxury hotel has a total of 148 suites and offers tropical elegance. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, air conditioning, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Guests are also offered a hairdressing salon, a bar, a games room and a TV room as well as 4 famous restaurants and meeting facilities. Use of a car park and a laundry service are also available. Rooms
Surrounded by the tropical atmosphere provided by the island's vegetation, the suites offer a spectacular view of the sea. Facilities include an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a CD player, a safe and either a king-size bed or twin beds. In addition, a minibar, a coffee machine and ironing equipment are available along with individual air conditioning. Some of the suites also feature a Jacuzzi bath.

The pool area includes 4 outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi, a bar accessible from the water, sun loungers and parasols as well as toilets. Charlie's Spa with a view of the Caribbean sea is one of the best in the Caribbean. Health treatments include massages, body peelings, face treatments and everything to help guests relax and feel rejuvenated (fees apply, appointment only). A 24-hour gym offers the latest aerobic equipment, training equipment and dumbbells. Aerobics, yoga, aquacize, Pilates and meditation courses are all included as well as the option of a personal trainer. Guests are also offered a complimentary tennis lesson on one of the two floodlit courts. In addition, under professional guidance, water sports are on offer such as windsurfing, Hobie Cat sailing, water skiing, kayaking, snorkelling and sea cycling. There is also a diving course with a completion certificate and equipment included. It is also possible to enjoy a bike ride, basketball, billiards or relax on the beach, where guests will find a grill bar and volleyball. The green fees for the golf course as well as a shuttle service there are inclusive, guests will be charged, however, for the hire of a caddy. In addition, a diverse entertainment programme is provided for guests' added amusement.
Meals
Guests may serve themselves from the continental buffets at breakfast and lunch can also be taken as a buffet. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may also choose to select dishes from the set menu, or take the a la carte option. Guests may book either a bed & breakfast or an all inclusive stay.
