Good water pressure. Free continental breakfast. The suites idea is great if done well. This was poorly lit with crummy furniture. Depressing. Good for families visiting the Lake Norman attractions. Suite style with two TV's, no cable or on-demand movie selections. Mini kitchen with sink, fridge and microwave. Good water pressure in shower. Overlooks a crowded interstate so our room was noisy with constant truck traffic. We couldn't stay for the continental breakfast, but the hotel had kindly prepared to go breakfast bags - water bottle, apple, Nutrigrain bar. Nice touch.

Great location, good workspace, lots of places to eat. Great location with lots of places to eat very close. Clean room,quiteandgreat places to work.

Separation between 2 sleeping areas and cookies. Soundproofing was lacking. Stayed at another nearby suite hotel but that sofa bed was unbearable.

I liked that bedroom had a door (offered more privacy). The place was nice but the price was a bit high. Overall, I liked the place. The price was kind of steep. I've slept in better places for less than what I paid for at this place. It might have been the location. Anyway, it had an additional door that offered more privacy but the walls are too thin. Heard the people next door brushing their teeth the next morning.

Plenty of room to be apart or together, whatever you choose. The parking spaces for the vehicles were very narrow. SUV's and trucks are wider. Feels like "home" when you walk in the lobby. The suite was roomy and offered privacy for sleeping.

The location. The price was still a little too high for what they offered. All in all it was ok, the price could have been a little lower, the location was good, would consider staying there again.

Nice room, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Noise from the interstate. Very nice, large room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Would stay there again.

The kitchenette. Congested traffic area-could not get out of the driveway! Nice indoor pool.
