Rooms are perfect layout for traveling with children & staff was always helpful & friendly

The suite concept. The common areas were always dirty, never picked up trash out side of the door, management does not keep a watchful eye. For a short stay, not too bad. If your expecting something very clean and organized, not the place. We needed a pillow, did not have any, needed sheets, could not find any, the pillow that we used from our personal inventory was stolen. From a positive view, the staff, manager etc. were very polite and helpful.

When booked through online travel website, we booked a double bed room. Upon arrival at hotel, we were put into a single bed room for the night, and had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The next night we got moved to a double bed room. Somehow someone else ended up with the same keys as our room, and walked into our room. After that matter was settled, we had guests stay in our room and they slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets were dirty and the extra blanket that was supposed to be in the closet was bundled up (not folded) and seemed used. I would stay here again, but they need to be on top of things.

I had a good experience at the hotel. I was in town for a continuing education class over the weekend, and was not in my room very much. But, they had a nice breakfast, everything was clean, and very quiet. Excellent value. No complaints.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast the first morning. The next day it changed. The toilet set should be changed. Overall the hotel is ok. My husband was not happy with the lack of air in the hallway. He said he would not use it again. As for myself I think it was fair.

this hotel is all suites and not the kind with the itty bitty wall but there is an actual door separating the sofa bed and sitting area from the bedroom. great for getting all the kids to sleep. clean hotel. nice staff. we didn't get to check in right away because the rooms were not clean on time. that was the only problem.

Very creepy old and in a bad neighborhood. Straight out of the movie the shining. Complete with a maze garden and creepy bar. I kept waiting for my child to start repeating red rum. Not in the safest of neighborhoods and the rooms are very old and dingy.

the hotel staff was wonderful, and upgraded us when water damage was found in our room. Extra pillows were not supplied. The hotel and its staff were wonderful. We were very please to get another room when our original room was found with previous water damage to the carpet. A bit of advice, please have extra pillows on hand for guests who sleep with more than 1 pillow.

Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. First room I went in smelled like smoke but staff was very prompt about finding another room that was fine.

The free hot breakfast was great! The room stunk like cigarette smoke. Everything in the room stunk like cigarette smoke, including our clothes and everything in our suitcases when we left. The free hot breakfast was great though! There were eggs, sausage and waffles along with the usual continental fare.

The suite rooms. It was farther away from downtown. We were traveling with two young children and the suite rooms worked great. We were able to put them to bed, and then go in our room and watch a little TV before we went to bed. It was also nice to have a free breakfast before we got started again for the day. They had both an indoor and outdoor pool too, which my children enjoyed.

I could not stay longer. I found the location to be romantic as well as family oriented. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The grounds were well kept and secure.

I loved the homey atmosphere - it felt like I was staying at my Grandmothers. I can't think of anything negative to say. This was my first stay at a Country Suites. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends. I organize the hotel stays for our soccer team when we travel and they all loved staying here.

The staff at the front desk and in the dinning area. Did not have a non-smoking room, loud high school band was there-no sleep.

Very spacious, very clean. The beds were a little hard, but ok. I liked the hotel. The bedroom was separate from the living room. I will definitely stay there again.

Pool was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Pillows needed help. Friendly staff, clean and good location for restaurants.

The warm andfriendly atmosphere. When carpets and fan blades are not clean, the perception is the room is not clean. The suite was a nice size for a grandmother traveling with two small grandchildren. It gave them enough room to move around after being in the car for a period of time. However, the carpets needed to be cleaned (not vacuumed but cleaned). They were filthy. You find out how filthy when a baby crawls all around the suite!
