Date of Stay: August, 2008

This was a great hotel all the way around. Location was great for us and all hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room was so roomy with private areas that both of us could relax separately without disturbing the other. For instance I could watch tv in the living area and my wife could still go on to bed and not be disturbed. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The frig and microwave were perfect for our needs. Next time in Burlington I will definitely book at the same Country Suites.

Price was great. Rooms good size. Comfy beds. Generic hotel, but clean and roomy. Located right beside a courtyard Marriott that was also non-descriptor. For the money, hotel was fine for a night. The complimentary breakfast was better than most.

Staff and breakfast plus cleanliness. Trouble getting Internet. The staff makes this hotel. They take great pride in cleanliness and freshness. Audrey has fresh strawberries delivered every day for the included breakfast. Not a speck of dirt anywhere.

The room was great! Loved the sitting area, business area, and seperate bedroom! The only thing that was not good was the noise from the traffic on I-85. My husband had trouble sleeping. We were very pleased with everything! I will stay here again!

Convenient and friendly, easy trip. Everyone was very nice. I gave mostly 9's, but, for the 2.5 rating, it was just as expected. I had no problems and would stay there again.

Mattress. Found a used condom in the floor. Other than the condom it was great. When asked if they could remove it. The lady at the front desk said she was the only ones working but would go do it if I so desired.

Clean. Satisfying continental plus breakfast. Rooms on front of the hotel face the Interstate highway. No complaints with hotel accommodations. The suite arrangement permitted us to put our child to bed and still read, enjoy TV in the separate entry room and use bath without disturbing child. Rooms on the back side of the hotel might be quieter. Rooms on the front get moderate noise from the highway.

Not expensive. A little tired, could use some updating. Front side of hotel overlook I85, so while this is a convenient location, there was loud traffic all night long, and not very restful.

Nice Pool. Food was good. I really enjoyed this hotel. Great location right off of the Interstate. Pool was clean. They have a good book lending program. Suite was really nice and roomy with fridge and separate living room with TV and pull-out couch. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was amazing! Protein at breakfast was on par! Paid wired internet access. I felt at home the minute I saw the front door. I loved the cookies, coffee, and apples that welcomed our visit. The book borrowing service was creative and the staff was so warm. I wish they were my family.

Location. No wireless internet, in fact no internet access in room. Hotel is ok but I can not accept a 2.5 star rating for a hotel with no internet in the room, wireless or otherwise.

I lost my wallet with my credit cards and with $ 200.00 cash in it on Friday night. Monday back home, they called to let me know they found it. No indoor pool. I like this hotel because it felt so cozy. Very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Mostly they have honest people work there.

Two televisions - one in the bedroom and one in the area w/ the sofa. Nothing. This was by far the most superior value for the money. Great location (right off the interstate), a fantastic breakfast and the sofa area closed with a door so that someone could sleep while the others used the desk and watched TV. Two TV's meant that we could watch two different shows. The motel is also laid out so that you do not have to walk your legs off getting from one spot to the other. (Very small outdoor pool, though, for folks for whom that is a requirement - just enough to dip into and cool off.) We would definitely stay here again!

It was very nice they put in nice room next to my sister. I was looking for two beds in my room I got only one. Everything was fine and very easy going.
