now that i am thinking to go back i find this site, the suite that we have was ok until my husband tried to take a shower, the water heater never work, i told people in the reception area every day but nothing happen, for a week we never had hot water and the worse part the employees did not care. another thing was the smell of burning old oil from the tgif restaurant downstairs.

Very very good. Only complaint is that they would not give me a receipt on check out. The girl at the counter stated that i needed to get it from Orbitz, but I have never had this problem at other hotels. Even when I have booked with Orbitz. Athough the limmited service was good, the other problem I had was with the cleaning women not knocking nor paying attention to the "do not disturb" sign. Otherwise, very good

The first day we arrived at the Hotel we were not offer help with our luggagge. Second the room over all needs to be closed for mayor repairs, the toilet seat was broke & told the front desk, & nobody came, my husband have to fix it, the next thing that was broke was the handle in the lavatory & I fix it, the water pressure in the toilet was to low that the toilet got stopped up In other words we will not go back to that hotel, unless they make repairs. We like the location of the Hotel but it needs a lot of fixing. The elevator was broken & signs were not place outside the elevator to let people know that was broken.

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the hotel and staff very much. The location is good and the area has several very good places to eat which are nearby. We never did TGIFridays but the Peruvian seafood across the street is outstanding.Good breakfast and very good connectivity to the Internet (which is free).Would definitely stay here again.

In general was fine, but, the room lacks of closets and safe box was totally outside, on top of the TV. It did not have a good conciege's service

It was available. Location. While the Country Inn at Amador was great this Country Inn at El Dorado lacked almost everything we wanted in a holiday hotel. The location was convenient if you wanted to visit Gamboa or Albrook Mall/airport or maybe the Metro Park but nothing else. There was no view (one room had no windows), it was expensive, it was a minimum $10 taxi ride to any interesting place like the causeway. The staff was quite nice and tried to be helpful but several were sick and I think we caught what they had.

I recently stayed here for just one night. It was OK for one night, but not for an entire vacation. It's an average hotel with clean rooms. Their is a skyscraper going up next to it, so there's a lot of construction noise. It's not in a very nice area, so be wary. A free breakfast is offered, but it's not the best food. Lastly, if you're looking for place to stay for the night close to the airport, this is not the place. it's pretty dar away, in downtown, and it's not easy to find.

This hotel was fine but there was still construction and repair underway. The room was clean and spacious and the AC worked well. It comes with cable TV and a coffee maker. Nothing wrong with the property for the price. The location is relatively convenient to the Tocumen airport but the neighborhood is spotty. There is an excellent Italian restaurant named Tres Scalini across the street.

When we called about no water, it was turned on immediately. Stale pastry for breakfast; rowdy kids running and screaming in hallways late at night. It was OK, but on the shabby side. We only were staying there for one night and a week later for another night, so it was fine for that, but I definitely would not want to stay there longer.

This is a good hotel. The staff was very helpful. My only negative comment is about the hot water heater, they are individually placed in each room, that needed the reset button pushed constantly. TGI Friday's is co-located with the hotel. Very convenient. The hotel is clean and well kept. The buffet is great.

This is the best for the price, quality rooms with great breakfast buffet. The staff help us with arrangements to visit the Panama Canal Locks.Also there is a walking distance Casino and nightlife if you just want to hang out..About restaurants, hotels has the TGIF onsite, but there is a variety of international causine restaurantes around the hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpfull, bilingual and friendly.The breakfast buffet was exceptional. And we didnt have to pay extra money to park the car in the garage. Close to restaurants and casinos.
