This was a perfect spot for us as it was handy to the stores we shop. The staff was very friendly, and caring. The pool and rooms were very clean. The continental breakfasts were great with a wide variety of foods to choose from, and the breakfast area was kept spotless. It is a child friendly hotel, as it has a shallow pool for younger children, which is a very nice feature. As well as the deeper pool for the adults. We booked two rooms as we had family meeting us in Phoenix. It was the perfect place to spend time by the pool evenings to sit and chat. We were there a week, and found it to be very relaxing. I must admit I was disappointed that the Wednesday night BBQ has been discontinued, as that sounded like a fun time. We will definately go back, and looking forward to the next stay with them. Our thanks to all of you for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Super clean, light colored carpet and close to where we party so no DUI's lol. Me and my friend stay here cause it is right a cross the street where we go dancing all night. So we are able to walk there and walk back and not worry about getting a DUI. Free breakfast, nice clean rooms and lots of fun and safety for us.

This hotel was nice and In a great location. It's walking distance to WalMart and Costco. The I-10 freeway is also less than a block away and provides easy access to all other major interstates. The rooms are small but comfortable. It was nice to have a refridgerator and microwave in our room. The maid service was wonderful. They were friendly and our room always smelled fresh after cleaning. The pool was warm and inviting except for the water being a bit cloudy (probably from the group of kids playing in it the night before). The breakfast was good. We had a wide screen TV in our room and two double beds which were comfortable. The hotel was suppose to have a Wednesday night BBQ from 7-9pm and a complimentary social hour Mon-Thurs with free food and drinks. This never happend. I was upset about it, but found other places to dine and drink. I suggest removing that information from the web site as that is misrepresenting the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for a low-budget vacation hotel, this is the place for you! Perfect for familys with kids!

they got my room ready by 9am so i was able to get some rest after my long flight. Plus i just love the rooms and the peacea and quiet.

The continental breakfast. Quality of room. I had a suite with a full kitchen but there were no cooking utensils so it was useless for a 5 day stay. The pull out sofa was unusable with missing parts. The room was clean and the breakfast is great! I was expecting a bit more but it was OK. The AC in the suite was in the living room area so the bedroom is much warmer. (at night we had to turn down the unit to 64 to feel comfortable)

Worst I've every attempted to stay at. Room was so bad we checked out the first night. Hope I wasn't charged for the three night reservation. Can't believe that this hotel was a Country Inn and Suite. Nothing like the one's I've stayed in before.

The Country Inn is a great value, has a nice location, two pools and a large hot tub that was hot! Rooms are not particularly large, but if you are in Phoenix to spend time outside this is not an issue. The Wi-fi was iffy at times. Good breakfast buffet. Did I mention how good a value this was? I will return in the future.

The rooms were kept clean and comfortable. The rooms were small. I was greeted by a clean lobby and a smiling, friendly individual. The bed was firm, perhaps too firm for some but the pillows were down and provided no support. It was quiet in general, however. The hotel also had a laundry room in which you could do laundry if needed.

I live in Tempe. I stayed at the Country Inn a few times during a remodeling project. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is prodigious. That's important, here in the desert. There are plenty of resort hotels in this area that will charge you far more. They have better dining, if you like hotel food. They have more to do, if you have your family with you. But the beds are probably no better. And I doubt the staff is any friendlier. If you're on a budget, this place will do.

I enjoined my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Tempe. The room was very clean, the location was great. Close to major highways and pleanty of restaurants.

Free continental breakfast. It didn't have a couch or love seat in the sittingroom. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent cost.

The staff was very nice, we checked in several hours early without a problem. The pool was fantastic, it was pretty chilly outside and the pool was the perfect temp. Our room had two TVs which was a plus since we had the kids and the continental breakfast was really good with quite a few choices! We will stay here again if we are ever back in Tempe!!

Location was close to restaurants and interstate. Staff couldn't explain directions for places and didn't want to give 2 beds.

I needed to save money on this trip, and this hotel's amenities made it a better a value than a so-called Cheaper hotel. There's a free transportation service, (subject to availability) which saved me about a hundred dollars in Cab fare. There's also free shuttle to and from the airport. There's a free breakfast, and it's right next to a grocery store (a Walmarts), and there's also a refrigerator and microwave in the room. That meant I could spend the whole week without eating in restaurants. However, in the surrounding shopping malls there are lots of restaurants and stores that have everything you could possibly want within walking distance. The downside of this is there is nothing worth travelling to see--it's all urban sprawl. But if you need to spend your time working in your room, and occasionally making a few trips this is a great value. The Staff was also extremely helpful and flexible, responding to requests quickly and courteously. And they have fresh baked Chocolate Chip cookies every day.

Free breakfast, location is good. Rooms too small. This place served the purpose I was looking for a cheap room. Don't expect much, I didn't and I was not disappointed. It's pretty dirty, rooms are real small. Pool seemed nice but I didn't swim. Nice location near South Mountain Park, plenty of nearby restaurants.

It was comfortable. I wish the stairways were more clearly marked or that an elevator was available for all my suitcases but I thought it was a very good place to say. No complaints.

TV was good. Breakfast was not friendly to a diabetic. This place was a 50 styles motel attempted to be upgraded. The bed was horrible, room noisy TV stations were not identified. Those were the good points. Breakfast was not palatable. My computer could not receive a signal (apparently this was going on for thre weks or more). They had only one computer which had no printer for guest use. Did I mention I could hear my neighbors alot.

Very quiet. Freezing pool, even in 95 degree weather. Super great location. Very quiet. Pool water is freezing cold, even in very warm.
