Used the shuttle to and from the nearby airport. Friendly driver and staff. Room was clean and comfortable at a good rate.

The non smoking room was located on a floor with smoking rooms also, and when you got off the elevator the smell was over powering. I accidentally left some valuable merchandise in the room when I checked out, I called the hotel after arriving at my final destination. I had hopted that some honest hotel employee would have turned it in, but to my dissappointment they reported that they did not find it.

When I arrived, the Front Desk Mgr remembered me from my previous trip. I asked to change my room to one with a refrigerator and they were able to accommodate my request. Since my cell phone had very poor signal in my room, I had my family call me in my hotel room. Phone could not take direct calls, so family had to call front desk and get transferred. Most of the time front desk answered from portable phone which could not perform the room transfer operation so family had to hang up and call back. One last thing, we had a major storm while staying there. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. - Understandable, but it took 45 minutes of blaring to finally get it to turn off. Evidently they need to update their procedure manual.

Room were somewhat overpriced, probably because of football game that week end. The hot tub was unusable for three days and staff didn't make an extra effort to get it fixed. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, others were not. Breakfast was very good. The room TV was lousy, limited channel selection, and some channels had poor picture quality. No wine or beer retail easily available (Dry County!). Had to patronize expensive bar and restaurant nearby. Also no fridge in room. Ice dispenser not on same floor.

Everything! Great staff, food, and accommodations, awesome! Nothing! Perfect for value minded travelers who want the best. Front desk at night and during the day were extremely helpful and courteous, providing directions, offering suggestions for sightseeing, etc. Room was spacious, spotless, and no stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room! Breakfast was wonderful, biscuits and gravy. Belgian waffles, sausage, danish, cereal, bagels, juice, and yogurt. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and would love to stay there again with the help of Priceline's great discount!

The hotel was close to the stadium and other convenient shopping area. It provides shuttle service to Hooters, who in turn, provides shuttle service to the stadium. Upon checking in, it was found that the previous persons had been smoking in the non-smoking room. Since there were no other rooms available, we were up-graded to a suite without charge. The room was clean and house keeping was very efficient and timely. The hotel provided a breakfast which was comprised of bisquets and gravy, cold cereal, oatmeal sausage patties, waffles, juice and coffee. The breakfast was serve "buffet style". It did not compare to eating at a restaunt, but was no bad overall. I would definately stay at the hotel again, as it was stratigically located, clean, and the price was good. The customer service also helped in my choice to return.

We were at the hotel for a week while my husband was in a class. The kids and I spent most of the week in the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle was nice for things near-by. The breakfast was good. We really liked the guy at the front desk in the evening.

This hotel provided all the accommodations to meet my needs. Everything about this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The continental breakfast was good and the dining area was clean and comfortable to relax and eat.

The price of the hotel was reasonable for 2 adults and a 4 yr old child. The neighborhood was nice because there were many places to shop and eat. The pool was very small, but the hotel was nice and the service was good.

Nice rooms. Need to replace hard boiled eggs with scrambled eggs. Gravy was too watery. Pool water was cloudy.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The complimentary airport shuttle was also another amenity which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. All in all, a great hotel at a reasonable price.

Clean, good beds, good breakfast. Clerk on duty was not friendly, about 11:00 pm, acted as if he cared less if we were there. Nice motel except for the desk clerk on duty. When we arrived, about 11:00 pm, it was a great place for the money.

We had a very good experience......just a few things....our bathroom fan was on the counter with a big open hole in the ceiling in the bathroom which made things seem a little dirty. Also the pool and hot tub were very dirty . Felt as though we could not get in the hot tub and did not really feel like the pool too much for our kids. Great location to places and a positive stay. Just those few things for improvement.
