Our family recently took a trip to six flags. We stayed at the conveniently located Country Inn & Suites. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub. They offered a good continental breakfast, as well as complimentary cookies & mints in the lobby. The rooms were clean & the hotel staff was very friendly.

Very clean. A little difficult to find from the map given at the airport. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety (apples, cereal, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, coffee, tea, juice).

The hotel is very nice and homey like. This was our fourth time staying at the hotel and we will continue to stay at this hotel every time we go to Milwaukee. The swimming pool and hot tub are nice and have extended hours for adults, which is nice for when the kids are asleep. The continental breakfast is impressive. The lady who takes care of the breakfast, has really paid close attention to detail. She makes breakfast seem like you are at home, with all the fixins.

Fresh supplies of good complimentary cookies in reception. Room not ready for occupation following flood. No mirror, no coffee maker, footprints in bathroom! One phone not working. Why does breakfast finish so early? Why does the breakfast staff start clearing away the food while people are still in a line to make their waffles and dish out their eggs? Why did only one of the two telephones in the room work? On the plus side, the reception staff was very nice & helpful with directions, etc., and the hotel lobby had a never ending supply of fresh beautiful cookies.

After an extremely long, exhausting day we arrived at the hotel after midnight to meet a very rude, staunch employee and an already unhappy customer in front of us who was now on her 3rd room with no apology from the clerk for anyone or anything. (Her first room had not been cleaned, second room was occupied...how embarrassing) A half-hour later.... When she discovered we had a dog she wanted to cancel our reservation and send us on our way. I explained that it was made on-line and could not be cancelled -she said that was not her problem. We have stayed here before with our dog and had no issues - when the reservation was made the site stated "Pets Allowed". She argued with us that we had to have a special code for a dog - no where on the reservation did it indicate that. When it was all said and done, the dog was banned to the truck for the night - a frigid one at that or we had to leave. I have always preferred Country Inn and Suites and have NEVER been treated so rudely and crudely. I chalk it up to a disgruntled clerk that needs another job and hope that my next encounter will be different. When all was said and done, we could have stayed down-town at another facility for far less money and not had the hassle that we encountered here.

The hot breakfast was wonderful and more than expected. I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. The staff is friendly, accommodations are excellent and the breakfast is outstanding. They even have eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy along with the regular continental breakfast items.

We had an extended stay of 12 days. It became our home away from home. The staff was always friendly..we felt safe and comfortable.

Location. Run down. Country Inn & Suites was flooded due to weather damage so we were moved to the Best Western Milwaukee Airport.

Nothing. Rude staff, noise level, unorganized, checked in late. Would not recommend this hotel, very noisy throughout the night, was checked in 1 hour late, staff was unorganized.

There was some problem in the room with ants, they changed us at once. Swimming area and around too noisy, especially on weekends. Night time counter persons were good but the day time needs to smile and be courteous. It looked like that they were angry all the time.

The complementary breakfast was exceptional. I booked this hotel at 10:00am the same day as check in and they didn't have our reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful; the front desk staff was so friendly. The room was very clean and up kept. It exceeded my expectations.

Near airport, priced right, good breakfast. Weight room very warm, not conducive to exercise. Looking for an airport near hotel--this one was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast with fruit, granola, eggs, etc. Only negative was an extremely warm (next to pool) exercise room.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom was more upscale for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The free breakfast was excellent. My husband and I both agree that this is our favorite place to stay in Milwaukee.

Clean, quiet, restful. Bed was a little bumpy. It was cool and good location, easy to find, quiet and the television provided a lot of channels.

Friendly, cozy, clean. This hotel was a great surprise. The staff was very accommodating and we got a great room right off the elevator. It was very clean, smelled new. It was spacious and well decorated. I also thought the morning breakfast was great.

Great location near airport. Put me in a smoking room when I am a nonsmoker. They put me in a smoking room even though I am a nonsmoker.

Nice pool and spa area, great room décor. Traffic noise from the very busy street. Very nicely decorated and with a great pool, spa, and exercise area, this hotel also serves a nice continental breakfast. The friendly and helpful staff is a real asset, and convenient freeway access helps to offset the rather obscure location. Light sleepers or those trying to concentrate on work could be bothered by the constant rumble of trucks on 13th street.
