The cleanliness and rates. Nothing. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

I would recommend this hotell and would stay there again. I stayed in the suite and it was very roomy. Every thing was clean and well maintained. Had no problems with staff, they were very nice. The only thing i would suggest is not to get a room near the stair well by the pool. I stayed in room 301 and had a family with 6 kids staying in the room accross the hall. The pool is open until 11pm and the kids ran up and down the stairs untill it closed slamming the door each time.

Stayed the weekend. Nice to have the extra room to stretch out, 2 tv's, and pool. The breakfast room was small and with people just sitting and not eating it was annoying. They rent DVD's for $6.95 a night, but if you go to a "Redbox DVD Rental" you can rent for $1. Pool tile is very, very slippery.

The staff was very friendly and eager to provide great service. Can't think of anything we didn't like - everything was good. Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered many selections. Indoor pool was great and we enjoyed a morning swim every day. Hotel was located close to good restaurants and all the area historic attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool deck needs non-skid coating, my kids fell on their butts just walking to the pool. Otherwise the indoor pool was the perfect temperature and size to enjoy. We stayed in a one room suite which was reasonably priced and comfortable. I'd probably try another hotel next time but would stay here again if it was the best price.

Friendly staff, well stocked free hot breakfast. Found hair in tub from maid both days, indicating a need for hairnets. My family and I were happy we chose this hotel. It was clean, the rooms were recently renovated, there was ample parking in a well lit lot, the staff was friendly and courteous and the complimentary breakfast was well stocked. The staff accommodated our request for adjoining rooms and addressed all concerns promptly.

nice vacation in Williamsburg. Was a little let down by the small and crowded breakfast area in the mornings. We had to wait a while to get a table. Rooms in suite smelt musty. But great location.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. A little unfriendly at the front desk. This was a very nice two day stay for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed the delicious morning breakfast buffet with lots of items to choose from. We would stay there again for sure.

Small bathroom, door open right into commode. Staffwas awesome! We loved her! She served breakfast 2 of the mornings we were there. Great breakfast. Nice room. Clean. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a short get away during spring break. The room was very clean & new. Beds & pillows very comfortable. Pool is kind of basic, but not crowded because it is not a huge hotel. There is continental breakfast in am, but it was too crowded to eat comfortably, so we skipped it. Staff very pleasant. For the money, it was a great value & a great stay. The kids loved it. Definately go to Jamestown--it was a great hands-on learning experience.

It's quaint, which fits the Williamsburg experience. It almost looks like a B&B. The free breakfast was superlative, and I especially liked the make-it-yourself Belgian Waffles. The rooms/bathrooms are clean and modern and have all the usual amenities. Close to the outlets and downtown, but quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

I travel to Williamsburg often to just get away for a weekend, and this by far was the BEST hotel I have stayed at and great value for the money! Will definetly be spending my time at this hotel.

Cozy, safe, and conveniently located. Conveniently located hotel to CW, the College, shopping and restaurants, the Country Inns are cozy, comfortable, and a change from the usual sterile mid-range hotels. Has the usual amenities, including continental-style breakfast, and the lending library is a nice touch. Some may find it cloying, some will say cozy, but know, at least, it will be clean, safe, and comfortable.

The location of the property is perfect. It is only minutes from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The front desk was extremely helpful as well!

Christmas decorations were great, attendant at breakfast was super friendly. There was nothing. This hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast, while the food was predictable, was great because of the attendant. She was an elderly woman (I believe she said she was 77) and made each person entering the breakfast area feel welcome.

Very pleased with the entire facility. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. The only problem was low water pressure in the shower. We are frequent visitors to Williamsburg and this is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in.

Welcoming country wood decor and convenient to Colonial WIlliamsburg. Relatively leaky windows and a noisy inroom refrigerator. Nice appearance and convenient location and well staffed at the desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff. Clean and servicable pool and workout area well worth the price.
