The breakfast staff were great and helpful. The rest of the staff were good but we did have issues with getting checked in. However they gave us a suite so that was a good deal

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast did not offer as many selections as I wouldhave liked to have seen. Overall this hotel is clean, friendly and conveniently located.

Property was dirty for a Country Inn and Suites. Our room wasn't a suite nor the number of beds requested. Customer service on check-in was not too sympathetic nor helpful. In the morning, the breakfast room had no decaf coffee, so I went to make it in the room and found the coffee pot in the room had old coffee in it and mold on top. A new desk clerk was horrified and called the manager to give us a credit on the room, which we appreciated. Overall, this is property that needs some attention.

The General Manager was very friendly and welcoming. I had a very nice quiet room. She recommended a couple places for food. The Italian restaurant I chose was delicious and close by. It was a very nice place to stay. I did use the fitness room. The temperature for that room could be kept cooler. The towels were soft and comfortable. I can tell [...] takes pride in taking care of her guests and the hotel ammenities. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and polite, the motel was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying at Country Inn & Suites. The motel was very appeasing to us and had a cozy atmosphere about it. There are lots of restaurants and other businesses in close proximity to it so we didn't have to drive very far to eat or shop. A few restaurants are even within walking distance. Country Inn & Suites is definitely one of the better places we¿ve stayed at over the past 20 years.

We stayed here for 5 nights during the SCCA National Championships. Beware, the maid went through my suite case and stole a bottle of CHANEL COCO MADEMOISELLE from the bathroom. My husband reported this immediatly but it was brushed under the rug so to speak. I called the corporate office when I got home. The only thing they could possibly do was to give me a 3 gift certificates for $25.00 each to stay at their hotel again, this is to compensate me for the $ 120.00 bottle of perfume that was taken. Like I would stay here again. Once is enough for me. We travel all over the world and I have never had such disregard for customer service than the Country Inn and Suites in Topeka, Kansas.

Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Clean and arranged nicely. Iron, ironing board and coffee in room. Morning breakfast was adequate with a friendly hotel staff person to help and serve family members and individuals. She was great. Enumerous numbers of restaurants within a few blocks. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel was nice,clean and comfortable. They aloud a motorcyclist rev and race the majority of the night and morning in the parking lot. I would recommend this hotel.

The suites. The front desk person was very unaccomodating. The rooms were nice however the attitude and incompetance of the front desk person who served us left a bad impression. We were there for a family funeral and her indifference to our situation and lack of desire to help us out in any way over rode the good. We would not stay there again.
