Personnel very friendly and extremely clean. Very clean. Personnel very friendly. Excellent breakfast and coffee. When I travel to Knoxville again, I will definitely stay there.

We paid a little extra for this hotel mainly for the indoor pool. The pool is very nice with a spa that I enjoyed during the cold winter weather. They do have a free breakfast buffet which was very good. Fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, eggs and sausage to name a few. Front desk was very friendly and the hotel is very clean. I loved the front room as you walk in next to the fireplace, as it sets a very warm and cozy enviroment.

Overall a very good experience. Family and I stayed over night after a football game. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Would and will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was in a great location, and thanks to Orbitz I got a really good deal for a two queen suite. We have stayed in Knoxville area a few times now for house hunting and this is what I liked about Country Inn and Suites: The room was big enough for my mother, my daughter and I to rest in for 4 days without crowding each other. The indoor pool wasn't huge, but decent and my daughter had fun. The room was clean. Liked their idea of a lending library for books to read while staying at hotel. Things I didn't love: The front desk staff wasn't rude, but, with exception of one, they weren't friendly. The sleeper sofa was broken (support underneath) and upholstered chair had a very sharp edge that scratched mom's leg to the point of drawing blood. When front desk was told she didn't have much of a reaction. Breakfast was OK. Cookies that were supposed to be in the lobby were NEVER there. When I asked the front desk (the one friendly one), she said they had been out of them for weeks. We added an extra night (a Monday night and the hotel was pretty empty) and our rate jumped up 24.- extra dollars. I would recommend Baymont Inn and Suites-East on Brakebill (the one further from West Knoxville is the one we stayed at)above this one for good breakfast, REALLY friendly staff and better -nonreduced- rates. Just the location wasn't as good for our house hunting in Farragut.

Very clean, nice furnishings in room and all together it was very satisfactory!

Stayed here for 3 days while visiting family in the area. Hotel is right next to the freeway so easy on & off. Had a backroom suite which was very quiet and nice. A little disappointed that the kitchentte feature was only a small fridge and mircrowave. Expected more of a kitchen. Coffee pot too small in the room. Loved the fact that the entire hotel is non-smoking. Did not use the indoor pool or jacuzzi but it looked ok. The breakfast room was always packed each morning and was a little better than most continentals we've had. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and cleanliness. Country decor and coffee pot was located in the bathroom. Large rooms with great bathrooms.

Staying at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, informative about the area, polite and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Swimming in the pool was refreshing after a long drive. And the hot tub soothed the aches from sitting in the car.

Very clean room, nice indoor pool/spa (but I didn't use them), friendly staff. Not what I would call a whirlpool suite. I guess this may be called a studio suite since there was a microwave and mini-fridge. The whirlpool tub is in a corner of the room and is nice for relaxing and watching TV. The jets weren't as powerful as I expected but it was nice. The king bed was extremely comfortable and had 6 pillows, a nice plus. There was an abundance of towels/washcloths. Overall, pretty nice but a little pricey.

The Country Inn and Suites Knoxville was clean, comfortable, and roomy. I liked the tall ceilings that gave the room a homey feel. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the free breakfast of sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, etc. The hotel has a pleasant clean smell and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. It is located next to Turkey Creek a wonderful new shopping center.

Convenient location. Not a good value. Pros: Location, friendly staff, plenty of bathroom linens and clean room. Cons: Chlorine smell from pool permeated first floor. Someone tried to break into my car overnight.

The continental breakfast was very poor and not appatizing. The room was comfortable and quite. The bathroom and the vanity area was not exposed to the sleeping area and that was a very good feature.

The Country Inn & Suites in Knoxville was very clean, comfortable and close to the Turkey Creek shopping and dining district. I would recommend this for a business trip because of easy access to the interstate as well as clean facilities and a nice fitness center. The staff was extremley friendly as well.
