I would recommend this place!

Close to the function that we were attending. Higher cost.

I specifically looked for the "Country Inn and Suites". We had recently booked a room in Schaumburg, IL at a "Country Inn and Suites" and found it to be the best motel stay we have ever had. That booking is why we went Country Inn. Description of the room: -Two Double Beds -Beds were worn, we could feel the springs -Beds were dished out from use -No Smoking Sign on the door -IONizer in room, assume to kill the smoke smell -Room smelled as though it was used as a smoking break room -When we looked to the end of the room, the air conditioning unit appeared to be blowing dust -The air conditioning unit was not raising the temperature in the room (It was on Full Blast when we entered the room for the first time). I was not happy with the two Double beds (Originally we wanted two queen size beds, but the option was not selectable on the web site, we could only choose between 1 or 2 beds). I went to the service desk and asked the attendant if I could "upgrad... Change rooms to 1 or 2 Queen size beds." I was told that because I "Booked Electronically" that her hands were tied. The attendant's name was Jennifer, manager My wife and I discussed the room further, pointing out the iniquities mentioned above. We decided that we did not want to stay in the hotel, given the room and the inflexibility. Upon leaving, we were told, again, that nothing could be done. We stated our intent of going to a different motel. We were offered a change, but refused. Pissed!

It was conveniently located to Madison. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean with an adequate breakfast. Hospitality was minimum. We expected a standard suite, but our room was minimal. Although we had booked approx. 3 weeks in advance, the receptionist said "the only room we have left is..."

The breakfast was good. I could not smoke in my room. It was a good place to stay and service was good. The room was a little high for not having a microwave and ref.

We were in the Madison area for Badger sporting events. As I had been here before, I knew that while it wasn't right in Madison, it was close enough to get to where we needed to go. Overall, the hotel was fine and we enjoyed the fairly large hot tub. The fresh cookies are a nice touch. My only complaint would be that the breakfast wasn't wonderful.

Very clean and great help at front desk. The hotel met all of our expectations. The person at the front desk recommended a very good restaurant for dinner. Our children really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would definitely return for another visit.

Country Inn & Suites was a little out of town but very peaceful. Without a restaurant on site it does serve a continental breakfast with eggs sausage and waffles. As well as coffee in the rooms. The rooms were spacious. The diner next door was within walking distance [15 yards. While I didn't make use of the pool it looked good and gave no noise into the rooms. All in all I would definetly stay there again.

They were not booked and so there was room for my family to swim. Staff were incorrect, liars, and not trustworthy. I was not pleased with the staff and their washy answers for everything. When I would ask a question, they would always say that they could not help me with that, as I was an on-line customer. I have booked all of my trips on line over the last 5 years, and have never had this problem before.

Nicely located and inviting lobby. Although they offered a continental breakfast, it was very limited. I gave the staff a rating of 5, although the evening manager I would have given a 10 and the day manager would have received a 1. I heard other travelers had the same experience.

Location was near our event. Very limited breakfast. Halls smell of smoke.

The outside seating area is a great place to watch the rain at night or enjoy the morning.
