Wi-Fi did not work in first room. changed rooms to another with better results.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was what I would have expected from a low end motel. I would not stay there again and I would not refer anyone I know to use it.

This trip was to visit family in Tucson. We thought about staying longer than the 3 days that we planned because of the deal we got on Orbitz. After seeing the room we decided not to stay. The air conditioners are so loud its hard to sleep. the rooms are tiny. when requesting items from the front desk it took a very long time to get anything. The "heated pool" was very cold. The sitting room in the suite was ridiculously small. The bathrooms were disgusting.

The bathroom door was broken, you couldn't´t close it.

Fom the outside the hotel looks great. Once entering the room (one Bdrm suite), discovered dirty rugs, furniture, even the sheets! Worst room I've ever stayed in.Guess what they say is true..."Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes to the bone".

Continental breakfast. Room furniture was badly worn.

The location was great. Accessability to shopping, campus, and area attractions. Rooms were a little dingy and the staff could have been more friendly.

I did not like that my key stopped working twice and I had to go to the front desk and get a new one.

Nice hotel in the location we needed. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

The service was OK. The bathroom didn't work well, the eggs in the breakfast were bad and the internet wireless didn't work. Not recommended to stay for few days only for a day its not very nice.

The Hotel was fine for my trip because it was sort of a business trip rather than vacation type.

First of all this was no deal. People with no reservations were given better rates than we got on Orbitz. The first room we were given had a very strong chemical smell and was next to the main outdoor stairwell and across from the elevator so there was lots of traffic noise. We asked for another room and were told only two were available (even though we asked if we could pay more and upgrade to a suite). We took another room that was not much better. I spoke to the breakfast buffet hostess who told me the hotel was only about 25% full so I don't know why they would only give us rooms in bad locations. Staff acted like they wanted to help but obviously did not really want to. Rooms were very small and only had double beds (not mentioned in any of their descriptions.) Pool and hot tub area were OK but that is why those are only pictures available on line. Go somewhere else, this place was not worth the money. I don't know whether to blame Orbitz or Country Inn and Suites but I won't use either again after this.

This hotel was just right for our needs--visiting relatives over the holidays. Great breakfast to start the day, quiet, clean, spacious interior courtyard with pool(too bad it was too cold outside to use it!)

Refrigerator and microwave. Very pricey for average hotel.

The room were good, they had everything I needed. The staff was friendly but still faced some challenges, and the most important thing about the room was that they broke into the room next to mine and stole everything. I lucky left a light on and my T.V with the please do not disturb key card, and luckly wasnt broken into, or my stuff would have been missing.

Unfriendly staff- family there due to unexpected emergence hospital stay of family member. The check in staff was rude and very unhelpful. Conveniently located to shopping areas.

The place was conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, very friendly.

Breakfast/excellent staff on breakfast shift. Dirty elevator/noisy AC. Affordable with priceline. Overall no major complaints for the dollar.
