The hotel was very nice, new and clean. The staff was very nice, helpful and courteous. The rooms, although clean and new were smaller than most that we've ever stayed at and we're a 6' and over family: however, we would stay there again. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the morning paper was slipped under our door every morning and it was a QUIET hotel, considering it is located right off the expressway! It was centrally located and fit our needs just fine! Having just relocated from nearby Orland Park, we wanted to come back and shop and eat, and that's what we did! Everything was conveniently close to this hotel!

Hotel is new. Rooms are large and very clean. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Nice touches like cookies at the front desk. Very nice breakfast buffet. Good indoor pool, although chlorine levels were too high. Staff is working very hard to make this a great place. Unfortunately we had trouble with noise from a large group. They were out of control. But management has told me that they tried to deal with this group and even had to call in the authorities. So managment cares and the staff is working to make this a top rated hotel. It is in a good location right off highway 45. I would definitely stay here again. Manager contacted me personally to apologize for the group.

The Country Inn and Suites was clean and comfortable. The checkin and checkout were quick and easy. We didn't use the hotel facilities because we were there for a wedding, so I cannot commit on those. We did enjoy the complementary breakfast. Overall this is a nice hotel that I would stay at again.

The Country Inn & Suites at Tinley Park, Il was very convenient off the Interstate 80. We were attending a concert at First Midwest Bank Amph. and this hotel couldn't be more convenient to the amphitheater. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfast was all you could possibly need. Would stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming and warm from check in time until check out. They went out of their way to be friendly and hospitable. The hotel and room were immaculate and very comfortable. It was a great location, and was perfect for the day.
