We were in Sycamore for a softball tournament and the hotel was a great place to get off the field and relax. The pool was a safe-haven for us! The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and had a good selection. I was disappointed with the party going on above our room and nothing was done to quiet it down. The front desk was more concerned about giving us an extra pillow and blanket than the party in the middle of the night. Overall, I would stay again and recommend it to a friend.

It's got a pool, a hot tub, a couple of treadmills and spacious.

We had a suite and the furniture was old, outdated, dirty, you did not want to sit on sofa or chair or walk on carpet without shoes. All the bureaus and night stands were gouged. This hotel was probably built around 2000 but has not been updated since and needs to be. Would have canceled but due to 48 hour cancelation we had no choice but to stay, thankfully reservation was for one night only.

Hotel kind of pricey but Nice, clean friendly. Rooms extremely clean-newer hotel. Bed very comfortable. Check in was fast and check out was faster. Breakfast was great--not just rolls & juice, but eggs, waffles, fresh fruit & toast. Good location. Good internet connection. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Our stay in Sycamore was very pleasant, with the assistance of friendly staff. Each question was answered promptly and efficiently. We would heartily recommend this hotel.

The first desk person was less than hospitable. The hotel was very nice my 17 yr old daughter and I stay in a suite for one night and it was perfect. The Sunday night desk person was very cold when we arrived and she did not properly activate our room key so I had to return to admin to get it activated.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, walking distance to a Walgreen's. Wish the dining room was a bit larger. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, right next door to a Walgreen's, gas station across the street, two-minute drive to a very good local cafe, 5 to 10 minute drive to banks, other restaurants, grocery store, Wal-Mart/Target.

Good, efficient service. Looks great from a distance but very patched up. Hotel is clean, efficient service, a bit pricey. In the pictures it looks great but on close inspection, the hotel has had tremendous amount of repairs and looks older. Some repairs didn't work because we had to change rooms because the ceiling started to leak in the middle of the night.
