Room was nice, with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Location not in great part of town

Manager was very nice. Room was small but worked fine. The hotel staff was very nice. Room was small but worked great for a night. The pool is very refreshing on a hot day and I would probably return if I was in Sunnyside.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Occasionally a tad on the noisy side. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others. A good place to stay.

There was a fridge in the room. Needed lots of maintenance. Not clean. There are other places in Sunnyside that are better.

The attendant at the desk was very nice and was helpful. Lighting was bad; Water pressure in shower was terrible, Not very clean. It was not up to standards as some hotels I stayed in. Could use some maintenance on certain thing to bring it up to standard were people would not mind staying in it, for example bathroom, sleeping area, cleaning room better. I would not go there if I had a choice of motels.

Convenient location, closed to shops & restaurants. Loud heater. Nothing fancy but satisfies basic needs. Close to stores and restaurants. Convenient location.

Jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The faucet labels were mixed up and there were no hair dryers. Great for a typical one night stay. I was very pleased with their service and positive attitude. Even without a hair dryer and having both the Jacuzzi tub handles being labeled "Cold", we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, more like a low cost housing area. Bath linens with long dark hair imbedded in them, gang area, dark and old. We wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone, as stated before it is located in a gang area; the bath linens all had long dark hair (disgusting). Most were living in the motel. Don't understand why this motel is even considered, better motels in area.

I liked the TV. Appearance and beds; they were hard as rocks. I wasn't too impressed with my stay. I'll try to find another place.

Staff was extremely friendly. Window covering did not cover window completely. Clean hotel. Could use some updating in bath. Also, could use Internet access.
