Mold on bathroom shower curtain/dirty rugs and breakfast didnt compare to previous Country Inn stop.Room was noisy.

Good location, decent amount of space, and friendly people. Service could be a little faster. The people at this hotel are very friendly. The room was decent sized (had a suite) and roomy enough for 3men to sleep comfortably. Very country feel. Breakfast was not excellent, but good enough for a breakfast on the run. Would recommend for the on the go traveler.

We had come to expect better than this from country Inn & Suites. It is need of some updating and care. There were many scratches and dings. Our main reason to stay there was price and closeness to I-95. While not bad, it would not be our first choice in the future

The room was reasonably clean, although it was a little dirty and someone's dirty washcloth was still in the shower. The back entrance to the hotel was convenient, although the door was really hard to latch. I assume most people don't latch it and anyone can just walk in. Overall, I had a rather negative experience at this hotel and would not stay there again.

Staff was nice. It showed a pool, and there wasn't one. Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Very disappointed all around.

The hotel is about 10 miles from Downtown Richmond Not much around hotel to do or eat. Hotel is sake and quiet. However backs to a rough neighborhood.

The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, she made us feel like we were at home. The maid folded the used towel and put it back on the shelf to be used again. I had a coffee on the first day and the pot wasn't cleaned. It was easy to find, very convenient, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

The sheets in the bed were not particularly clean and the bathroom had random hairs.....yuck! On the positive side, the Breakfast room had a nice continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The business center consisted of one computer with slow internet speed and a printer that you were charged $0.10 per page...not very customer friendly to nickel and dime you on charges. Sadly though, because of the housekeeping, we will not return the next time we are in the Richmond area.

Super clean! New flat screen HD TV. Hi speed internet. Comfy. Very pleased! Very poor shower water pressure. But that is it. Our stay here was great. Couldn't ask for more. Helpful and friendly staff. Safe location. The lobby and room were spotless. Cleanliness is my #1 priority in hotels and this place definitely lived up to my standards!

Owner forgave upgrade charge because of power outage. Dead ants on the bathroom floor were never mopped up. Good location, basically clean and the staff was helpful. On Saturday, staff when out of their way to set up breakfast 1 hour early to accommodate the schedule of softball travel team. The staff seemed interested in making our stay a good experience even during a power outage due to thunderstorms.

The staff was very nice. The rooms had a bad odor. The wallpaper was peeling. The power went out. The next room had a strong odor of "carpet fresh". The pullout was broken. This hotel needs a major overhaul/renovation.

Close to the highway. NA. The hotel room was disgusting and dirty. When asked the staff to clean they kept saying that they would take care of it. Over the four days I was there the room had a very strong odor and was never addressed by the staff. The over night staff also had friends visiting them at all hours and were quite loud. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, our room was basic but included everything we needed. I wish that there had been an indoor pool. My husband, daughter and I were in town for one night and were pleased that we selected this hotel. It was clean and after a long day out it was comfortable and cozy. The room was clean, the young lady at the desk was friendly and helpful and the cookies at the desk were a perfect treat. Plenty of dining close by which was a plus. We would definitely stay again.

Friendly, clean, convenient and welcoming. We stayed in four motels on our recent vacation visiting different family members and this one was by far the most comfortable. The others were good but this place left a good feel.
