Quick check-in, clean room, great bathroom and comfy bed. No bathroom fan.

The location was excellent, adjacent to I 95. The room was clean and large and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had two dogs and were not able to indicate that with the online travel website reservation so when we arrived we had to be switched to a room in the animal wing. That was not a problem until 7:45am the next morning when we got a call asking if the room needed service. We were sound asleep. I came to find out that the night desk attendant had not noted that the room had been changed and the staff in the morning did not have anyone staying in the room we were in. I still do not understand why it was imperative to call at that time of day. There was no clock or alarm on the bed stand. I found out the next morning that they were in the process of changing them out for better ones. My other negative observation was that both at night and in the morning the desk clerk made disparaging remarks about quality of the equipment that the office staff had to work with. Honestly I did not need to hear about that. The free breakfast was very tasty and the fresh cookies were excellent. The issues I mention were annoyances and did not affect our comfortable nights sleep.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I reported a problem and it was handled to my satisfaction immediately. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. The only drawback on my visit was climate control. Though each room has its own thermostat, the entire building is either on heat or air. I prefer each room to be able to choose heat or air. Even so, this hotel is a great value for the price and I highly recommend it.

Convenient to highway and comfortable beds. I would not stay here again. The hotel was filthy, there was mold in the bathroom and the staff was unprofessional. The beds were comfortable but the over all impression was bad.

One elevator didn't work at all and the other one didn't work properly. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the whole floor smelled like a sewer. Our room wasn't cleaned because they said we had the do not disturb sign on the door, but we had left our room at 9:00AM to go and visit family so that didn't seem to be likely. When I went to the front desk to find out why, I was told there was nothing they would do since the cleaning personnel were gone for the day. I had to request clean towels. They couldn't bring them to the room, I had to follow her to their housekeeping closet to get them myself. She was unable to provide clean wash clothes and they only had a few towesl available. This hotel needs a management change and should seriously think about customer service training for their personnel if they plan on staying in business. Even paying half the price we paid, I don't think I would ever consider staying there again nor consider it a good value.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very close to the highway and about 15 minutes away from the convention center and downtown area. The room was in excellent condition. I would definitely stay there again.

They seem geniunely care about my stay.

The room that I was to have was still unavailable so they up graded to a much nicer room and I looked at both. When I arrived I noticed that this was the old Howard Johnson's at exit 126. I was however taken back by how well it had been upgraded. We enjoyed every thing about the hotel from the time we checked in until we departed. That is some thing that does not need to be passed on to the general public.

Nice little hotel and close to the freeway . Good sized rooms, nice TV and most important a comfortable bed with blankets, not one of those ridiculous down comforters that you can never get to the correct sleeping temperature.

Staff was very courteous. Priceline total charges and hotel receipt did not live. Nice average and quiet hotel. Proximity to the city promotes noise in the lobby area.

Convenient to I-95. Roach in bathroom, pillow smelled of smoke, room was non smoking. A great deal of construction type workers and equipment. Breakfast area was too small for occupancy. Hotel area was very noisy. Would not stay here again.
