The Country Inn and Suites has large rooms with comfotable beds. chairs. Coffe pot in room was great even though they had a quite good breakfast included. Close to shipshewana but far enough to be away from traffic congestion.

Clean, cozy, convenient. Mattress was terrible. Loved the hotel, the mattress was so uncomfortable, I could not sleep.

We're from the area but wnated to get away for a night. Was a great stay= breakfast was a nice spread of biscuits/gravy, sausage, eggs, breads, danishes, cereal etc. Room was very clean. Staff were all friendly and made us feel at home!

The Country Inn in Shipshewana was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room were large and very clean. I wish there was a restaurant in the Inn.

The colors in the room were soothing. The coffee service did not have cappuccino or latte. In short an OK hotel.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast room was too small, not enough tables. Overall, the stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. Our only disappointment was breakfast. The room was very small and we stood for over twenty minutes waiting for a table and finally ate standing up! The food we got to eat was good but didn't get to experience things we would have liked to because of the need to stand and eat.

This place was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. A bit pricey - but the cleanest I've ever seen. The service was absolutely great. The cookies were fresh daily and out all the time. Liked going to the lobby at midnight for a snack. The town was quiet, interesting to learn the culture. We will come here again for sure.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. I requested a wake up call, twice in fact, first time, I left message because no answer, wake up call never came. I thought the hotel was nice and clean and the location was great. The hotel was not at all busy. Since I am female and was traveling alone, I requested a room on the first floor (for safety). My room was on the first floor but it was looking out into the parking lot. But, I could have requested a different room, but choose not to. I did request a wake up call, the first call to the operator went unanswered until the message system picked up. I left a message and then thought better of it. So, I called again and did manage to reach a live person. But, the next morning, I never received the wake up call. The young man and the desk when I was checking out said "Oh, Wow" when I told him I never got the wake up call. Not too concerned, and the city on my receipt was wrong. Again, not too concerned!

For the price, the room was just a basic 2 beds. Could have used updating, yet was clean. North of town, have to drive everywhere.

Very clean, nice down pillows, excellent breakfast. Lovely hotel with a strong Amish accent. My wife loved the accommodations and she is often very critical of hotels/motels. We recommend this facility highly.

I liked the view from the window. I liked the closeness to the blue gate theatre and shopping. I can't say anything negative. Upon entering into the foyer where the elevator was located, we immediately commented on the decor and the cleanliness. When we exited the elevator everything again looked very clean and well taken care of. Our room was right down the hallway, a very welcome sight for someone with a walker. Cleanliness came shining through as we opened our door to a very large room. We were very comfortable the entire night.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel has a pool, but I would like to see a whirlpool as well. The hotel was great and I have not complaints with the hotel. The hotel put us up in a different hotel at a different part of town that had electricity. It is not fair that the customer is penalized due to circumstances beyond anyone control. Hotels that had power were booking up fast and we were just glad they could find us one. The hotel told us we should take it for two nights since they did not know when the power would be on and that way we would have a place to stay. That's stealing.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the room was very quiet even though it was full.

Convenient location, clean, great breakfast. This hotel was everything I would expect from a Country Inn and Suites. It was almost new, inviting, clean, a convenient location with easy access. What set it apart as much as anything was the fine complimentary breakfast. The food was exceptional and the person caring for the eating area was attentive and kept it cleaner than any I have ever eaten at. I recommend this hotel.
