Nice place, quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Nice to have snacks and coffee available. Hot tub was very good and roomy. Staff was bilingual and very helpful. Surrounding area very nice and accessible to all parts of the Phoenix area.

It was clean and the amenities were ample. The clerk at reception was unpleasant. This is a clean and well maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. The inclusion of a small fridge and microwave was welcome. The in-room coffee was horrible.

The suite was clean, comfortable, functional and I especially like the big screen TV's! The front desk staff was friendly, and volunteered assistance with directions, driving conditions and time considerations. The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. I'd stay there again in a minute!

Booked the king suite the day that I was going to be staying in scottsdale. When I walked in it smelled great. They still had their soup and cheese and cracker snack buffet set up. My room was awesome! IT was clean and comfortable. I was able to get a lot of work done with the free high speed internet. The pool was clean and nice. The staff were nice. There are a few restaurants around. They had a decent continenetal breakfast but I opted for Village inn instead. There is some good shopping there too. This hotel is also near several medical facilities which would make this hotel a great place to stay if you were in town for medical reasons or there for someone else who was. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was where the hotel is located, you can't make u-turns and the streets are very busy. I would definately stay here again. I can imagine that this would also be a great place to stay with kids.

The staff and accomodations were great... When I return to the Arizona area and if I'm within 75 miles of this location, I would choose it...

The rooms were spacious and comfortable though I was worried about the pet status because of allergies. The hotel's breakfast area is way too small. We were pleased with the location. I was worried about the pet status because of allergies since they do not have pet-designated rooms. However, we found the rooms clean and without evidence of pets. The only real complaint is the breakfast room is too small. There's just not enough seating room, and a lot of people try to eat breakfast there. We had to eat somewhere else one morning because we didn't have time to stand in line and then stand up to eat it if we got through. One other complaint would be no in-room movies.

The quality of this hotel was very good. It was clean, and included a number of amenities. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of food to choose from. The front desk people were friendly and helpful.

We had a great time in the phoenix area. The staff was very helpful with directions and anything else that we needed. It was very conveniantly located for all of our activities. The breakfast was very good and the evening snack was great. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The pool area was nice and there was plenty of towels. The resturants around the hotel were fabulous, in quality, value and portion sizes. We would definitely stay here again or at another country inn & suites.

The Country Inn and Suites provided everthing we needed for our vacation. The room was clean when we arrived and they made sure it stayed that way everyday. When we needed assitance with a small problem, the front desk made sure it was handled immediately. The breakfast was excellent.

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was below average and small. The hotel was very average. Continental breakfast was poorly managed. Not enough space and food for all the guests.

If you call a one bedroom suite without a door to the bedroom, then you might have a deal for the money. This hotel definitely shows its age but at least they keep the bathroom and sheets clean. Free breakfast is good. The one bedroom I was in had a ripped sofa with stains on it. Booked 2 one bedroom suites for 2. The non-smoking room had more smoking smell than the smoking room. Go figure.

The location was ideal for us since most of our business while visiting Phoenix was in Chandler. You need a car if you stay here. Although hotel has some transportation for locations within 5 miles, it does not provide transportation to the airport. The limo service to the airport recommended by the hotel costs 45.00. Our room was clean and quiet with a quiet cooling system. Free breakfast and tea and cofee was useful. Service at was some time slow as the desk clark claimed that he was new to the job. The hotel was popular with hockey players when we were there

For a single room there was an enormous amount of space. A very comfortable king size bed along with a sleeper sofa to accommodate that extra guest made this trip very convenient. The breakfast and beverages just added to the value of this fine establishment. I would recommend a stay here to everyone from singles to large families. The staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms were kept very clean.

Convenience to personal destinations, highway 101 and shops/restaurants. Nothing substantial. I'm not that picky when it comes to hotels. The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked that the high speed wireless connection, the breakfast each morning, the parking and the USA Today paper were all complimentary. The view of the pool from my room was nice but not necessary for my level of enjoyment. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was hassle free.

If you do not need a 4- 5 star hotel and spa and are looking for a central location that is average, comfortable, eficient, cost effective and friendly then you should give this facility serious consideration. We found that we had no issues with our recent 5 day stay in Scotsdale.

Great place to lay your head at night. Clean and staff was more than willing to help with and fix all problems.

The Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Scottsdale, was in a perfect location. Access to the 101 was less than a minute away. My room was great, neat, comfy with a sitting room with a separate TV. Breakfast in the morning was also a plus. I would not hesitate staying there again. Excellent value.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Asked for help from staff twice, never received it. Overall very good experience. Staff was adequate, food was adequate, hotel room itself was adequate. Bed and pillows were superior. Close to two restaurants and to a grocery.

This hotel is an excellent choice for business travellers or busy vacationers. It is convenient to the freeway and is located near a shopping mall which has some nice shops. The hotel provides a breakfast which is adequate and there are some nice restaurants within walking distance also.

Staff was outstanding. We were in Arizona for a Cancer check up at the Mayo Clinic. The staff was wonderful and when we could finaly eat it, so were the breakfasts!
