Nice quiet location - only a mile from biggest shopping center in area.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly. This hotel was definitely kid friendly. I would recommend this hotel to parents that are taking their children to the Strong Museum of Play.

The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was above average. The hotel was full of youth sports teams during our stay. Kids ran sreaming through the halls until midnight. The heater controls did not work properly and the temperature could only be regulated with the air conditioner on (in February!)

i myself didnt bring children but my sister and her family also stayed there and the kids had a BLAST in the indoor pool. the hotel was very nice and quaint.Very nice staff. the continental breakfast could be better but other than that it was a great stay! i live in the area but if you are traveling from out of town and are going to rochester i would highly recommend staying in henrietta (where this hotel is located) since there is lots of shopping and restaurants in the area here!

Very good accommodations and price for a 1 star. No rest room in the lobby. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep and shower and don't need any of the extras, like a pool, fitness room, restaurant, this is it.

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were pleasant and hard working after a weekend of teen athletes filling every floor, yet they stopped to assist us when we needed it. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed staying in touch with home through the on-site internet service. Sadly, we were there for my dad's funeral, but it was nice to hear the kids laughing when we came back to the hotel. We will be back for more pleasant visits and when we return, we plan to stay at Country Inn & Suites!

Location convenient. Hallway rugs filthy, breakfast nook cramped, room smelled like smoke. For one star, I expected basic but clean. Definitely was basic, but hotel looked ratty and worn, suffering from neglect. Room itself ok, but fluorescent light not working and stank from smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Staff was friendly enough. Parking and location ideal, plus hotel right next door to mall and restaurants. END.

Positives:This was my first time ever staying at a country inn and suites. Wow, very nice! They had great breakfast, wireless internet, incredible beds, and very clean. You will get very good quality for a low price. Flat screen tvs and granite counters in every room make this hotel look expensive. The location was very good, right next door is friday's resturaunt. The staff for the most part was very nice, and hard working. Very classy and excelently designed. Negatives: There weren't to many negatives. When I was there, the pool was closed down the first day, and the spa a couple days later. That wasn't good because I love to swim. Also the chemicals that were used to clean the rooms and the floor affected my alergies. If you are allergic to pine sol, or have bad reactions to it, don't ask for room service. The last problem was that the fitness room was kind of small, and I couldn't enter it. Every time I swipped my key, I couldn't get in. Overall: My overall experience was very nice. I would definetly recommend this hotel chain, or even just the hotel to anyone.

It was centrally located for where I needed to go. The room could have been cleaner. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location was very convenient for me. It is close to the expressway.

Room with 2 double beds not available. We were placed in a smokers' room with a pullout bed that had used sheets on it -- yuk!

Nice location Not very clean, bathroom in disrepair, staff not very helpful Although the location is ideal when visiting the Henrietta/Brighton area of Rochester, the staff is indifferent in regard to helping guests. The bathroom was extremely small (with the mirror and sink in the main room, not in the bathroom) and the appliances were old and in disrepair. In general, the hotel did not feel very clean, either. Okay for a one night business trip or to check out colleges, but not if you're looking for a well-kept hotel while on vacation or on an extended stay.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. This hotel is in a good location and provides basic guest services. The carpets should be vacuumed after each guest departure, if not daily. the price points through your service were very good.

It was priced fairly convenient and employees were great Lobby could have been cleaner and different variety on breakfast Perfect location friendly staff smoking was the room we had requested nonsmoking.

It was a great location for me. Staff was very nice. Significant extra charges for using the phone for local calls and for internet access. Generally very good but significant charges for phone and internet use.

Perfectly acceptable room at a good price with an advance reservation Was a little distant from the location we were visiting (but could be convenient for others) Good basic hotel. Not fancy but well-kept. Price included continental breakfast, a bonus. Only one elevator which could be a problem for upper floors. Convenient to freeway and major streets. Exactly what we were interested in getting and we were quite satisfied with the result.

Better than I expected. Rooms seem to be old. Free parking and breakfast. Excellent.

The Head of House Keeping was excellent in his and friendliness Husband phoning in - Desk Clerks were not efficient. The hotel is starting to show its age.

The staff was very courteous and the hotel was ideally located to the University of Rochester. The showerhead was useless. Might have been better off just using the sink. Other than the faulty shower head, the hotel was exceptional for the cost. Free breakfast, nice view, convenient location. I would stay here again.
