Nonsmoking room was a smoking room.

Very attractive, clean, and comfortable bed. Many breakfast choices, convenient location. We were very pleased with this hotel. Everything was attractive and very CLEAN. Bed was comfortable. Good location, quiet, as it's just off the highway but easy access. Spacious lobby and breakfast room, with many breakfast choices. We'd definitely stay there again!

The hotel was fine except for the fire alarm which went off twice at midnight and twice at 3:30 am. The hotel indicated that they could not refund my money.

The booked room had a foul sickly odor. Something is drastically wrong. I believe someone died in the room I was first given, and they could not cover up the sickly smell. The next room I was given, had the same smell, only to a much lesser degree.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and the continental breakfast was great. We would definitely go back because of staff. The hot tub was not clean. The staff was fantastic, very helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely go back.

The size of the rooms, nice size. Everything went OK, nothing to dislike. Over all nice but are in a remodeling program right now so hard to tell how nice it will be.
Date of Stay:

Very friendly morning staff, great on checkout, for answering questions. Room smelled smoky.
Date of Stay:

I liked the internet, frig and microwave in room. The color of the rooms nothing matched, orange rug burgeney bed skirt green spread tan walls and tan and blue curtains.

Awesome staff and the shuttle service was a great help. Nothing. This hotel was great. I have been in a number of hotels, but the service provided to my family and I was second to none. They were great. Friendly, helpful and caring. Shuttle service was a great help. They are one of the few hotels there that have their own shuttle so you don't have to wait long for a ride. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. If we have to travel to Rochester again this will be the hotel we will stay at.

Location. Room cleanliness and breakfast nook by front door. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing. Hotel filled with girls/boys athletic teams. Noise/hallway chaos kids and parents (drinking) two nights till midnight or later. Young hotel night staff could not control guests.

Clean & attractive. Location. Clean & very attractive rooms. Was well equipped with everything a person needed. Very friendly staff.
Date of Stay:

Comfy beds The coffee pot where you pour water had mold in it. I appreciated the signs located throughout the hotel describing the remodeling in progress along with the picture of the future look of the establishment.

Nothing. The poop smear on the cover. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The night staff was great but the other staff was not so great.
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
Clean. No exercises equipment, such as a treadmill. Very basic accommodations. The room was clean. The fire extinguisher was not in the box! I'm not sure this meet safety regulations!
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
Friendly Staff. I think it was very much over priced for the quality. The hotel was over priced. I would expect a much better quality hotel. Just the week before I stayed at an Embassy Suite a night in Deerfield, IL. 3 time better quality, room size and service.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Breakfast was very tasty. Not very clean. No toiletries in bathroom, not enough towels, carpet was very dirty, toilet clogged, beds were made so loose that we all ended up sleeping on the bare mattress. Breakfast was included and was really great. The kids made their own waffles.
Date of Stay:
July, 2007
The hotel was clean and attentive staff. The breakfast selection was great. Nothing. This hotel was a perfect fit for me. I felt safe and the breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was the decor and probably because I am not into country but it was great value for the price I paid.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
Good beds, great shower. No fridge in room. Friendly, clean, good breakfast, hot shower with great pressure, nice and comfortable mattresses. The room had a "homey" feeling. Not as institutional as some. Very convenient location. We were very pleased during our stay.
