This was our fourth stay at Roanoke's Country Inn and Suites. The room is always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is first class and the location is perfect ... 10 minutes to anywhere in the Roanoke Valley.

At check-in I was greeted and felt welcomed immediately. The breakfast was excellent. I have 3 kids two being 7 and 4 and they love the waffles. The hot tub was very nice. The room was clean for the most part. In the shower was an already used soap with a hair on it!!!! We should have named it since by the next morning it was like one of the family. Overall the overnight stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Roanoke, ROANOKE, VA was a very good place to stay. Our room had a microwave and a refrigerator. We also had two sinks, one of which was located outside the bathroom area. The room was located very near to the fitness room. We had access to a computer in the lobby so that we could check our e-mail. We had close access to the interstate highway making any in town traffic a non-issue.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff. Very understanding of my quite late arrival. This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The staff was very helpful even when I checked in at midnight. The night manager even called the room a few minutes after my arrival and asked if I needed anything and to see if everything was alright. I can't wait to stay here again.

From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by the Manager and attendant I felt unwelcome. It was about all their rules and regulations that I had o follow, not my stay. I had a meeting scheduled with someone coming to the hotel. I asked if I could sit at a table in the breakfast area. Even though the area was empty and not in use, I was boldly told NO! I was given the lobby as an option, but there was a woman there who was conducting interviews and had rearranged the furnature to where there was not even a place to sit. I spend 15 to 20 nights a month in a hotel, and staying here was not a pleasant experience.

We were moving our daughter into the dorm at VT and it was our last night with her before the move in - it was special and the room was very clean and nice.

Location. Room smelled like it belonged to a chain smoker, noisy guest , terrible water pressure, more animal noises than the local pound. Location is excellent , hotel staff is oblivious to disruptive guests and loud pets . Maid staff was good but deodorizer would be a welcome addition to their work carts .

The country Inn & Suites in roanoke, Va. was very nice. The room was well designed and comfortable. The hot tub and pool was a wonderful place to relax in the evening. Having a free breakfast with hot items was a pleasent treat to wake up to. I would certainlky recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly and courteous staff, clean with a great view. Good location off of the highway. Beautiful view of the mountainside. Very family friendly and clean. The front desk staff were very informative and kind.

It was just ok. gauranteed late arrival, but very sketchy on late checkout. I was not impressed, I arrived at 4am, they said they would have to talk to housekeeping about a late checkout, so I left on time. I stayed at a La Qunita Inn at my next stop, and it was less expensive but better.
