Big parking lot, clean rooms, nice staff. No refrigerator or microwave in room, attached restaurant is not great.

The Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. But we won't stay here again. We asked for a non-smoking room, which we got, but... from the room next to us, all the way down the hall, the rooms were smoking - oh they were smoking! The halls reeked of smoke and of course it make it's way under the door of our room. i don't get it: the hotel had 3 floors, each of which were apporximately half smoking and non. Why not at least make one WHOLE floor non smoking and one smoking, then divide the last one???

I have stayed at this hotel reqularly for business and I brought my family this time. They loved it and want to come with me on the road every time I come here. Food is good and service is wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is wonderful that there is a full-service property in this beautiful area of the hotel. Staff was helpful and wonderful. Food at the Buckhorn is fantastic. I would recommend you stay at this hotel anytime.

I have stayed at many Country Inn's the service and hospitality at this location was poor. It did not appear anyone on the staff was happy to be there. The restaurant staff were more interested in socializing with friends than serving guests so I walked out without being waited on.

Very nice place. Slide in swimming pool not running. Very nice place to stay. Hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was really nice. We will stay there again!

Location/restaurant on sight. Not being able to bring food/drink into pool area. It was a very nice stay - we all had fun at the water park - wish we were able to bring in our own cooler and snacks into the pool area. The non-smoking room we were in smelled of smoke. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

The hotel was very clean :) the breakfast was excellent. My child got pink eye from the pool but such is life.!! I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was very clean and that is a HUGE thing to me!! The continental breakfast was excellent and clean. We were able to get extra blankets with no problem. The baby crib was a little chincey but worked all the same. Keep up the good work!!! Loleta snow

Nothing. Everything. We were given a handicapped room - that was totally unacceptable! Then the new room we were given had garbage (banana peels) in the bathroom, the curtains were stained & hanging wrong. There was garbage in the hallways - pieces of banana; rolls; snacks; - the floors were wet from the children running all over the place & kids were running threw the halls till midnight. Not a pleasant stay at all. I already complained to corporate.
