There is just one word to describe Mr. Alfred, the kind gentleman in the breakfast area of this hotel in Pineville, and that word is "Outstanding" in customer service. Out of all the hotels which I stayed in to include in Alexandria there is absolutely no comparison. The service Mr. Alfred provided should serve as an example to all business involved in customer service. His attention to every individual's needs, no matter how crowded the breakfast area is, leaves you with a great impression about the hotel chain. I would like to take the opportunity to highly recommend Mr. Alfred from the Country Inn and Suites in Pineville, La for the Employee of the Year Award. Thank you Mr. Alfred for your great personality.

did not like check out no statement at rm when i left stood in line to find out that i did not need to because you were going to bill me did not get state ment because i guess i paid you when i booked the rm do not have a statement to turn to my company i dont think i'll useing you again i need STATEMENT

The friendly staff. Even though the smell was a fresh smell, I didn't particularly care for it. Good location, friendly staff, clean.

My husband and I were in Pineville with our granddaughter for a softball tournament. This hotel is a great find. It is new and very clean. The staff was very helpful when we checked in, especially Lisa and Danny. They were not only courteous but went out of their way to help us get a king size room that we were promised. They are such an assedt to this hotel. The dinning room is large and the selection is great. I think they covered all the needs for a good breakfast. They have a gentleman that cooks waffles for you. He also checks to make sure you don't need anything else. What an asset also. I heard many guests talking about how nice the hotel was. We will stay in this hotel again when in Pineville, LA..

Country Inn & Suites was very comfortable, clean and stylish. The facilities were brand new, with a nice pool and hot tub and excerise room. Our suite was comfortably spacious and nicely appointed. There was plenty of closet space and drawer space and our family of four(two toddlers) didn't feel the least bit claustrophobic in the one bedroom suite. The beds were comfortable, and we woke up to an enjoyable free hot breakfast in their dining area. The location was extremely convenient for us, right off of US 165 South. The staff was very nice and efficient. They called us once we got into our room to see if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would definately reccommend this hotel to any business traveler or families.

Stayed here within a week of its open. Everything is fresh and new. Flat panel TVs are a nice feature. Free breakfast was good, although selection of foods is somewhat limited. Cookies on arrival and friendly staff were the touches that made this a great new place to stay in the Alexandria area.

The man running the breakfast area was extremely helpful. Desk personnel were difficult and unhelpful. The hotel was fairly new, clean and had a standard included breakfast. The man running the breakfast area went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were rude and unfriendly. They also could not figure out how to print out a receipt and even told us we didn't need one.

The flat screen TV was nice. Friendly staff. Unsupervised kids in the room across from me. Noisy. This hotel was close to many stores and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and decor. I felt a bit pampered with the large bathroom, flat screen TV, microwave, and mini-fridge.

New, modern, clean and many nice room features. No full restaurant. The hotel is a very clean, nicely equipped, modern, new hotel. The price was excellent for a room with a separate living area and bedroom with two flat panel televisions and a spacious bathroom. The high ceilings, raised panel doors and the modern contemporary decor made it an A+ in my book.
