Room was nice and clean, kind of small but OK. Staff is very friendly. It is near the Loop 202 fwy which is under construction. I was in a room on the fwy side, and was up all night due to night constructuion noise. I would stay again BUT on opposite side of hotel.

Excellent value. Close to freeway for getting around. Close to ASU. Close to airport. Nice breakfast, chocolate chip cookies and milk available all day, crunchy snacks available sometimes. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Airport transportation and local transportation available although we didn't use it. Would stay here again.

Great way to park and fly. All my expectations were met. I would rather pay for a night's stay and leave my car for two weeks at this hotel, than pay for two weeks of parking.

I was in town for one night, traveling on business. I called to verify I could check in early and was assured my room would be ready at 1. I should add, it was pouring rain. So I killed some time at the mall and then arrived at the hotel at 1. I was told that check in time is 3 (which is why I called to verify I could check in early) and rudely dismissed. The front desk clerk didn't even give me the option of waiting - she just told me there's nothing she can do. So I plopped myself in the dining room and fired up my laptop. I was there for about 45 minutes when someone else from the hotel staff came and advised me my room had, indeed, been ready at 1. Why the other person at the front desk told me otherwise, I have no idea. However, they were accommodating me; I was just irritated about how things went down. The room I stayed in was supposed to be a king jaccuzzi suite. It had the requisite jaccuzzi, but it was in no way a suite. It was a bed, tv (with lousy cable), and a big tub in the same room. I was completely disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again. Also, when I asked if there was a local Circle K, Walgreens, or CVS, I was directed to a Shell gas station with a mini mart. There was a 7-11 right up the road from it, but the front desk staff didn't seem to know that.

Close to ASU--which was great because I was out to move my daughter home from school. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Target, UHaul and Budget rentals, expressways and even the Salvation Army and Goodwill Thrift stores (so I could drop off donated items). Too bad there was not enough time to go to the Desert Botanical Gardens. Great Stay.

Great location, quiet, helpful staff, breakfast room was always open for milk, juice and coffee.

For the money this was a tremendous value. Nice friendly staff. Very close to ASU if you have kids there and are looking for somewhere to stay. Breakfeast was excellent and included in stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. Everytime I needed to ask something which was not often I had to wait for someone to show up. They were not friendly and seemed bothered by my being there.

Location was ok. The coffee maker in the breakfast room was broken. Convenient location, nice staff and clean room. Sheets were washed and smelled clean but had some permanent call point pen stains which gave the impression of not being clean

The hotel really likes to promote its shuttle service within a five mile radius. My office was 2 miles away, and I had a difficult time getting a ride. Even after making reservations for the shuttle, I had to wait once for over 30 minutes, while the driver ate dinner. One other time I asked the driver if she could drop me by my office on her way to the airport, she said she was on a tight schedule, leaving me to walk to work. My company put me in this hotel because I would have shuttle service to and from work. Don't count on it being there. Not to say they will not take you if it's convenient for them, not you. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was adequate. Front desk staff and shuttle service were totally uncacceptable.

Country Inn and Suites-Tempe, Arizona-was very accessible to Arizona State University. The continental breakfast was more than the average, with good variety and protein options also. The airport shuttle was convenient and easily arranged through the front desk. Both the exercise room and pool area were more than adequate and clean. Only two problems were encountered, the cleaning staff threw away notes made on the hotel note pad and a voucher I had folded on the table (even though I had left a tip each day) and the guests next door were smoking (the smoke came through the adjoining door). Although the front desk staff was sympathetic, they failed to reimburse me for my voucher or offer any compensation and I had to speak to them twice (two different crews) before they spoke to the smokers and dealt with the issue.

The hotel was clean with convnenient access to highways. The complimentary breakfast was full and more than expected. I was perfectly content with the hotel (cost/value/convenience).

This is in no way a family friendly location....a shabby part of town with a strip club across the street and a very industrial feel to the location...it is convenient to the airport...but that is it...I have styed at Country Inns around the US and this is only for business MEN...

My stay at your hospital was great. You were close to the shopping areas that I wanted. It was very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping.

It was clean and the receptionist was kind and helpful. It is kind of in the industrial part of town - but still okay for the money. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay and well worth the money.

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport -- we were very pleased at the size and cleanliness of the rooms. Staff was attentive and both check-in and check-out were easy. Would definitely use this hotel again when traveling through Phoenix.

This Hotel was in close to ASU which is where we spent most of our time. It can get a little noisy from the street trafic , but they do provide ear plugs.

Spacious rooms andcomfortable beds. Messy hallways from popcorn.
