This hotel's accomodations did not come up to the usual standard of the Country Inn and Suites I've experienced in the past. There were many immenities missing like I listed above. After flying many hours to arrive in Dallas, the room was so hot, we had to change rooms. It would have been much more inviting to have been welcomed by coolness. As it was, we couldn't get into the hotel when we arrived from our flight at midnight. I had luckily saved the phone number and had a cell phone. Having to go to the desk for a separate fitness center key was inconvenient. My room key should have allowed me to get it. The spa area needed some work with the pool being TOO warm to swim in and the hot tub nonfunctioning. It isn't very inviting to NOT have towels available either. There could have been a computer room for me to use. I had to go to another hotel across the parking lot.

Excellent location and extremely clean hotel. The hotel was very good and had very clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and was helpful when assistance was needed. The Breakfast was good at the Country Inn but could have been better at the Hyatt Place.

The first thing we noticed when we walked to our room was the overpowering stench of curry. It wafted throughout the hallway. We felt as though it pervaded our clothing and belongings when we left the hotel. My husband and son went for a swim in the indoor pool and found it to be extremely cold. I suppose it was unheated. So, it was not a pleasant trip. I have stayed at better hotels in the area and will definitely go back to them instead. Live and learn. We will not be staying here again.

Friendly, caring staff and happy to please. Not a safe location outside for a woman traveler. The room was really quite nice and the staff did all they could to please and make me feel at home. They were wonderful. My main concern was two fold. The hotel was difficult to find and get to but most importantly I feel it was not in a safe area of town. I was approached in the parking lot on two differnt occasions by drunks and the first night I did not sleep at all due to the fact that I did not feel my car was safe. The staff did relay that it has been months since any car had been broken into a comforting feeling, Idid not go out at night because I was affraid to go out to the parking lot. The first night I did not eat because I was afraid to go out and get food. I travelall the time and have never felt the need to stay inside.

The Country Inn and Suites by Carlson, Dallas Park Central was in a convenient spot for all of our needs, but that is where the happiness ends. Our room looked very run down for a newer looking hotel. The bathroom had cracks and things that weren't repaired that were obvious to the eye as soon as we walked in. Nothing about the room blew us away. None of the channels on the TV were ones that anyone would care for. The staff was helpful at check-in(they gave us our room key and had us sign a paper..that's it!), but after that, no help was provided. We needed extra pillows for one of our backs at night, and we called down and they said to give them a minute. We called back about a half and hour later and they said they would have to borrow some from the hotel next door. We called back about another half-hour later, and THEN we were informed they didn't have any to give us. They never initiated any of the contact. Also, the pool area was not maintained, and the water was very over treated. This hotel is Three Stars? Not hardly. We could've done much better.

Indoor pool. Orange juice was awful for breakfast. Location is little unusual & hard to see hotel from road.

This motel was a very good value price wise. I had two rooms. A/c in one rm was great but the other was only fair. Maid service missed cleaning some items and not refilling the toiletries.

Location was good. Toilet wouldn't flush; they told me to come get the plunger. The location was good, close to the galleria. The people were pretty friendly. The pool was very small and freezing cold, to the dismay of the kids. Had a problem with the toilet not flushing good, the desk told me to come get the plunger. Other than that, I wasn't working, so It was a great vacation.

BAD location, not safe at night, hard to get to. Room small and drab, not what experienced before with Country Inn. Already paid for room so had to stay. Night clerk didn't know anything. Arrived at 9:30pm hungry, so asked for cafe/diner open (specifically Denny's). Told there was NOTHING. As we walked upstairs, saw pizza flyer. No instructions on phone, had problems, asked what I had to do to make local call. He didn't know. Finally went down to desk, saw security guard. Told me I had to dial area code first. In morn, found out Denny's was within 5 minutes.

The central location. It would have been better if the rooms had a refrigerator and microwave. I loved the convenient location of the hotel. The fact that it is easily accessible from both I75 and I635. There were however stains on the window dressing and the cleaning crew were not fantastic. The rooms would have been more comfortable with microwaves and refrigerators.

It was very clean considering the age. Not in very good shape and in a poor neighborhood. I thought the price was too much for the condition of the hotel. Although it was very clean, the carpet was old and wallpaper was peeling. I will not stay there again.

The staff, the continental breakfast and the room was clean. Badly outdated. No way is this a 2-1/2 star hotel. The property is old and in need of restoration. On the plus side, the facility was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast was good. Room smelled bad, Not very clean, holes in bedspread, bedspread was filthy. Hotel was nice, But housekeeping is lacking on cleaning the rooms to industry standards and maintenance issues also (loose tiles in bathroom, wall paper coming off walls. With a little more management skills overseeing these areas the hotel would be a very nice stay.

Clean and friendly, good breakfast choices, met expectations. I received non-smoking room attached to smoking room so I was in smoking room. The hotel was clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and offered good variety and healthy choices. I was not there long enough to use the pool or laundry facilities but the pool and area looked clean and laundry facilities are always handy. This hotel met my expectations for a short business stay and I would select it again.

Convenience, comfortable for the price. Boring decor. Beige, beige and more beige. Some warm colors would greatly improve the feeling of the hotel. We were looking for a comfortable, clean hotel to spend the night while traveling. The Country Suites met our expectations. Quiet location but at a major crossroads in Dallas that made travel around Dallas easier. I would have preferred some color except beige, but I was just there to sleep and our stay was okay. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate (sweet rolls, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and juice). It was clean enough but baseboards in halls and elevator could use some more cleaning. Needs more attention "in the corners".

Shower seat available. Good breakfast. Small flat pillows. Loud AC. Did not get much sleep because the noisy AC and noise in the hallway.

It was a good location for our activities. Parking was not too convenient. We had a one night stay and the hotel was in a good location plus their continental breakfast was a welcome addition.

Quality for less money. Breakfast buffet could have been better. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was extremely clean. It was a great deal for the money.
