We really enjoyed our stay at the Country Inns & Suites. We went to Panama City Beach for a wedding on the beach but couldn't afford the condo where the ceremony took place. We stayed just a half mile from the resort and we were just a 5 minute walk from the beach. We were truly happy with the location, there was everything we could possible need in walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and even got us a portable crib for our daughter.

Clean. Not very fancy. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Just expect a little more at 125 a night.

when my husband and i first arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm we were told that we had to wait to check in because our room was not ready but actually later found out they were over booked. once we got in our room finally we took showers only to find ot that the tub had a hole in it that leaked water out into the bedroom, which got our luggage wet n when we informed the front desk the manager himself told us that he was going to go wet vaccum the water up n put some putty on the hole n the tub. n also told us to stand from now on n shower not to actually sit n the tub. also we were told that the pool was heated only to find out that it wasnt. the rooms had a very foul odor n them n one of the elevator doors kept gettin stuck. we finally got moved to a different room on the last day of our stay i would never stay here again never never never.

Good place to stay. Very clean. Pool would have been better if heated. There is not enough sun directly on it to warm it. Be prepared to drive to the beach. There is a main highway to cross before coming to the beach. We were planning on walking but it was too far. If you need wash off access the best place was the Richard Seltzer beach off of Thomas Dr. I found out the hard way that the public beach access places had no water to wash off with before coming back to the hotel so my car had sand everywhere. The staff was very kind and the daily cookies were great!

Hotel was fine for old people who want to sit around in their room. Rooms way to small for the price we had to pay and had to drive to everything. 1 bedroom suite way to small and the beds were suppose to be queen but were full.Had to ask for towels and wash clothes and were told to hang them up and re-use to conserve water.

One of two elevators not work Bathroom sink was filthy, tons of hair; bathroom smelt Paint was peeling in sheets of the wall in the bedroom. The hotel loose leaf binder was filthy, looked like syrup poured all over it. The front dest staff were not knowledgeabe on the area, had no clue about restaurants, etc. Ice machine on our floor did not work; food vending machine on first floor out of service.

I was pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean. The best part was the very helpful staff.They were very friendly and it seemmed as they realy wanted their guest to enjoy there stay. It was refreshing.

This was my first experience with Country Inn and Suites and did not know what to expect. I booked a 5 day stay but needed to leave after 4 days. I was informed at check out that hotel policy is NO refunds for early check out. This is the first time I have ever had this happen. So make sure you are certain of your stay or be prepared to lose all of your money.

This was not the greatest experience, but not the worst. Let me explain.I made the reservations online through yahoo travel, and paid for the room. When we arrived we were greeted by a less than warm and freindly staff, and upon check out we were charged again for the room. This created quite a hassle trying to deal with the bank and the hotel, to get one of the charges taken off. On top of that, the coffee pot in the room had not been cleaned. The bed, was way to firm, like sleeping on the floor, but that is just my personal preference. And the Continental Breakfast was not the best, But it was sufficient.What i did like, was the price, the location, overall pretty clean, nice place. It is located right on the main strip where everything is at, and it was about the same price as a hotel outside the city. I would reccomend staying here, but just make sure you know how to do the staff's job better than they do.

The desk staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would have liked a little table for eating, however all furniture was very nice. The location was near places to eat and the beach and shopping.

Location (central to everything), friendly staff, very nice accommodations and overall excellent. I can't complain. The location was wonderful and placed us central to all the attractions that we looked forward to. The only problem I encountered was that my key had to be programmed a few times, but the staff was very quick on their response. We were literally a five minute drive to all the nice restaurants, clubs, and the beach - important Spring Break venues. There was ample parking and my sister and I always felt safe as we came in late hours each night. We also did not have all the noise that is often associated with beach front properties. This is a great hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little off-set as far as the actual beach goes, but it is in a very convenient area, being right across the street from Walmart (where there was a trolley stop, offering rides to LaVela and Pier Park) and a few fast food restaurants. It is a perfect stay for a family, but not so great for anyone looking to party at the bars. The service is WONDERFUL. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and they always seemed to be in a good mood. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices. The pool area has masks for the guests to use, very cool in my opinion. Also, they offer a small library for the guests. My only actual complaint about the hotel is the water pressure in the sink. Watch out or your clothes will get wet as the water jets out onto the basin and shoots off in all distances!

The Country Inn, was a nice little hotel for me to get away from the house for a couple of nights. The room was very clean and comfortable not far from the beach or the night life. Only disappointment i had was that the bathroom amenities like toothpaste etc. was not furnished in the room i had to go to the front desk to get one. but the staff was very pleasant. Overall nice stay.

Nice room with a friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Pool was covered ad then had some lattice thing over the other side. Poor for sunbathing. The hotel was fine.I wasn't too thrilled with all of the spring break kids all around, though.
