Location, cleanliness. Nothing to mention. Located a 10 minute walk from Scotia bank Place. Affordable, clean, friendly, comfortable.

the best place i have ever stayed by far. the staff were fantastic the rooms exceptionally clean. i did not use the the pool although we had a look at it and it seems a little small, the fitness area was above average. the breaskfast was included in the rate and was fantastic, they even had fresh made waffels....not the healthy choice but awesome!!! I would return for any reason. I was there for a concert.....just a fews minutes walk from the stadium

Day staff great - helped us with several issues. No heat in room. Night staff was not helpful. A cold night = comprimised romance. Everything was great except the heat. We were given a voucher for a free stay next time. Problems with entry to pool and the light and heat in the sauna the next morning were quickly and cheerfully resolved. Great breakfast buffet.

Proximity to ScotiaBank place. Quality of bedding. Location excellent for those attending events at Scotia Bank stadium. Linens were shabby and thin, pillows thin and lumpy. Red stains on cushions of sofa bed were a turn-off. Otherwise your standard hotel room.

Clean, country charm, quiet, good location, great staff andfabulous complimentary breakfast. There was no channel guide for the TV. A wonderful hotel, very accommodating, warm, country charm in the middle of a busy city. Great complimentary breakfast, quiet hotel andgood location.

The breakfast more than met expectations, the extra TV was very much appreciated. I found it hard to exit hotel, to turn left. We found the hotel very good, would recommend it. Would like to see a better exit out, for turning left.

Willingness of staff to make accommodations. For us that was storing a canoe in a conference room if we wanted. Sink in bathroom was cracked. Very nice and accommodating staff. Good breakfast.
