The hotel was very good!! The employees were really nice and the rooms were clean the only problem was that the front desk employee was sleeping at the lobby.

Room was ready quickly though we arrived before check-in time. Awkward to exit the hotel to the highway unless heading west.

My elderly mother and I were traveling north of Fresno on family business. Being from another state I had no idea what was available in the area, so I checked online. When I read the info and reviews, I told my husband, this is it. And happily I report it was. Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Fresno North lived up to everything I read and met all our needs. I was looking for cleanliness, safety, friendly, well maintained, location,(not right at the airport but not too far away)and a breakfast with variety included.THIS IS IT!

The bed was comfortable, AC worked very well. Indoor pool, not a large outside lounging area. The staff was friendly, the room was nice. I would have preferred an outdoor pool as it was really hot while I was there. The breakfast was good. I was a little Leary as I have stayed in Fresno several times at a different hotel, but they exceeded my expectations.

We stayed two nights at this location and found the room very clean and the bed very comfortable. This inn is in a quiet area in spite of being very close to a main highway. The breakfast provided was very good - we especially appreciated the variety of fresh fruit, breads, cereals, waffles, etc. - a good start to the day.

Very friendly staff and a very nice room. The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. They proactively moved us to a more desirable room away from the elevator. I would stay here again.

The room was clean...the headboard on the bed (queen size) was such that one could not sit up in bed to watch TV. The indoor pool and whirlpool was very convienent relaxing. The breakfasts were super..nice variety and seating accomidations comfortable. Location was not the greatest but OK. A bit pricy for what was offered. Overall stay was OK.

A little hidden Jewel in Fresno. Close to the Highways and to shopping. A nice spacious room with all of the expected amenities. Very clean and very quite - no noise from inisde or outside as it is hotel with rooms off the interior corridors. Breakfast was fanstatic with eggs, cereal, waffels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, milk - great for business or family. Nice spacious dinning area. I loved the access to the free internet in the lobby - did not have to use my laptop to access my e-mails. Staff - especially at the front desk were fantastic - very very helpful and pleasant - seemed to care. And with the pool and jaccuzzi so conveniently located on the first floor right across from the elevator - it was very easy to find and to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel - very clean - very well run.
