Booked rooms for May 17, 2008 wedding. Approximately 1 month before wedding notified front desk of our intent not to use the rooms. One week before the wedding reconfirmed our cancellation of the rooms. Two days before wedding received a call from the hotel notifying us of their intent to charge us for the rooms. Responded by telling them we would go ahead and use rooms if we were being charged for them, but were told they had no room available for that weekend our rooms were sold to someone else. This is a classic example of double dipping on room charges. This hotel has the worst management staff I have ever dealt with. I would encourage anyone to avoid dealing with them. Beware of this Hotel!!!

Morning breakfast was great. Spiderwebs on ceiling, toilet was loose, sink plugged. It was adequate but nothing special.

This hotel is not up to the standards we think of when speaking of Country Inn & Suites. Rooms, lobby, halls need some updating. Bathroom in room had cracked tiles, poorly done grout-work, & hair left from a shoddy cleaning job prior to our arrival. Breakfast was horrible! No attendant for 30 minutes; guests were left to try to "find" something to eat on their own. Breakfast bar wasn't restocked or cleaned! Only bright spot...the night desk clerk was helpful in finding us a room since most in the area were sold out. The day shift desk clerk was willing to give us a % off for inconvenience due to the breakfast bar fiasco.

Wireless high speed Internet in rooms. A little older hotel. The hotel has a terrific breakfast buffet. It was clean but was a little older. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people in the next room but it was still a good place to stay.

Total Service Failure! We arrived at 11:00 PM with a online travel website confirmed, prepaid reservation , but the front desk clerk said he did not have a room for us. He was rude and totally uninterested in helping us. Eventually he said he would give us a room if someone did not show up by midnight. Then he said we would have to wait untill !2:15. At 12:15 he said 2:00. He refused to help us find another hotel. Worst case of don't give a *%#! I ever experienced. I would sleep in my car before ever going to this property again.

exercise equipment very dissatisfied. Poor quality. Appearance very clean and well maintained. Staff nice and friendly. Charged extra for roll away bed at $10 per night- disappointing. Breakfast was nice. Gym- disappointing.

The hotel was clean, updated, and served a great breakfast. The only issue we had was that the shower was cool to lukewarm everyday, anytime of day. There wasn't enough water pressure to warm up the tub or air, so the lukewarm water felt extra cool on your skin. Management was contacted, but nothing was different on subsequent mornings.

Upon check-in, the clerk ([...])stated I had 2 rooms booked. I told him I had confirmed 1 room with 2 beds. He said "No, you have 2 rooms reserved". I told him I booked via Orbitz and he said I would have to call Orbitz to cancel the 2nd room. I asked him what the rate was and he said he could not tell me as it did not show the rate in his computer. I checked out at 6AM and had to ring the bell to get someone to the desk. I woke Willie up as he came out in sock feet rubbing his eyes. I gave him the key and asked for a receipt. He told me to get it from Orbitz. I asked what my total charges for my stay and he again said I would have to get it from Orbitz. I found him very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Cute lobby warm and inviting. Heard shower above and beside us as if they were in our room. Cigarette burns in bathroom. No sound buffers between floors/rooms. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very run down. The room echoed like a bowling alley. You heard every sound above and beside the room. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have never had an experience where I felt as if there were other people in my room due to the sound.

The rooms need a serious cleaning, the dust bunnies have babies. The breakfast is the same every day - need some variety. The employees act as if they are doing you a favor when you need something. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel has good suites but there rooms are lacking. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms. The suites are reasonably priced and the beds are new and clean. Negotiate the price.

The complimentary breakfast bar was excellent. Could have been more towels available in the pool area. The room was well appointed and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.

It was a very pretty place and nicely done up. I returned home late at night after a long day of classes to find the door to my room open. When I complained to the front desk, they dismissed it. The manager never called to discuss the problem with finding the door open.

Location is pretty good. Work out room weak. Only a few pieces of equipment. It's ok. Nothing special. Wireless is free which is nice. Workout room needs some more equipment. Lots to choose from in restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast is a bit weak with plastic bowls, plates and forks. Still did the job.

Continental breakfast included eggs and sausage, as well as waffles. No liners in trash cans, although situation changed in lobby after discussion with staff. My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, especially the ability to relax in the lobby with the morning paper and coffee. The continental breakfast was well- stocked with a variety of offerings. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
