The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The jacuzzi needed a little updating. Overall we were pleased with our stay. This was a get away for an evening for the both of us. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was great.

This hotel is clean and within close proximity to the zoo, COSI and shopping. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. Pool was fun, but a bit chilly. Biggest complaint: directly next to the VERY noisy interstate. We switched rooms the second night to try to minimize the sound, which helped a little. No restuarants around, but a great shopping/dining area is a few exits north.

Free breakfast was OK. Bed and room smelled. Do not stay here with kids. Our room smelled like. Staff was helpful, but couldn’t move us.

Upon check in, I was told that I had received a room upgrade at no extra charge. I had been given a suite and loved it!

We liked the swimming pool. It was very nice for young children. The staff was nice. The room was all we needed for on night. The pool was nice. The breakfast was not very good. The hot tub was not in working order.

It was very clean, the jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice and the room was very spacious. The hotel staff was not very helpful.

Cumfortable bed. The AC did not work. After 5 calls, and 5 times them telling us the handy man was coming, he never did. When I asked the woman in the morning during checkout her response oh sorry, he was busy driving the shuttle. I hope it wasn’t too uncomfortable and you opened a window or something. But to beat it all our toilet wouldn’t flush. She suggested we come down to use the lobby restroom. I will never stay in this hotel ever, ever again.

Location, breakfast options. Slow elevators, room smelled like smoke. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.

Close to the interstate with good breakfast. First floor rooms seem cavernous (not spacious). The room was spacious, but seemed awkward because of the very high ceilings. The walls extended at least twice as high as the light fixtures, giving the room a hollow feel. Otherwise, the rest of the hotel was great. The room just felt awkward.

The breakfast that is included. Quick and easy. It could have been cleaner The heat in the room was very hot on one side and normal on the other. We had a hard time trying to get the one room to not be so hot. The hot tub was not in service and was a disappointment.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The carpet in the room was worn and dingy. The hot tub was not working. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The common areas were well kept. The carpet in our room has seen its better days, however I would say the room was clean. The pool was good for young children most of it was only 3 1/2 feet deep and a small section was 5 feet. The hotel suited out needs and budget well.

Good breakfast, good mattress, roomy. Location is getting a little seedy. Great stay for the price.

Nice breakfast. Room smelled, old used furnishings, slow elevator. Bathrooms were just very used, definitely an older hotel. Had a smell in the bathroom, we never could figure out. Toilets flushed very loud, you could hear your neighbors flushing theirs. The elevator crawled, literally, it was the slowest one I've ever been in. Basically the inside of the hotel looked nothing like the outside, you were fooled by the exterior. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from.

The staff was awesome, they could not have been more helpful. The staff was wonderful, helpful and considerate. That made the trip for us. The hotel was nice and with breakfast.

The lady that served the breakfast bar was nice. The pool was broke and they were very rude. Upon check in we were told that the pool was closed and wouldn't be reopened till the next day. We were only there for 1 day so this didn't help. The pool was one of the biggest reasons we chose that hotel. They were rude and seemed not to care that we were upset by this and basically told us we were SOL because we hadn't cancelled our reservations by noon and would still be charged if we decided to leave. The room was fine, not as clean as I would have liked and the hotel lobby itself smelled very musty and nasty. We will not return to this joint.

Room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable clean. Hard to find had to call twice due to original directions seemed to guide me to a grocery parking lot, need to be more descriptive.

As a non-Columbus resident, it was difficult to find the turns in the dark. We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was awesome and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was personable and helpful. Since we spent only sleep time in the room, it was nice that we had such a big discount. Thank you so much!
