Never stayed at a Country Inn before and were pleased with our decision. We are particular about beds and they were very comfortable. The walk to the falls was done by the four year old, so we didn't need the people carrier. We used the car one rainy evening to go out to dinner. Were under the impression there was a fridge in the room and there wasn't, so if you want one be sure to get the junior suite or request one. The breakfast choices were varied and better than some other chains. Parking fee was the best rate we could find.

Great reception staff, very efficient. Room was ready early and very clean. Had a problem with a burnt out light and it was replaced within minutes. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Hot egg patties and link sausages, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, etc. Friendly staff throughout.

Good location, friendly staff, excellent complementary breakfast. Rooms were a little dark, lobby was small, not enough parking places.

I read many posts on this property which lead to my decision to book here. Overall our stay was just okay so I will explain why I was a little disappointed. Check in was wonderful with a very curteous staff at hand to assist with any questions and provide information as requested. The lobby area was quite deceiving as to the overall condition of this property as it was clean, tidy, neat and new in appearance. Our initial disappointment was realized when we entered our first room - The carpet was filthy dirty and was in desperate need of a cleaning, back to the desk to ask for another room. The next rooms carpeting was even dirtier than the first. We were finally able to find an acceptable room on our third try. This room did have cleaner carpet, but you certianally didnt want to lgo barefoot on it. This room had noticable scratches on the room walls and a sewn rip in the center of the comforter, There was hair from a prior guest on the bathroom floor and ketchup on the sheer curtians. Now this was our third room so we found it futile to ask for an another. The breakfast experience was good, although very crowded, it was managed well and everyone was very satisfied with the clean appearance and quality of food. Go early for a less crowded experience. Hotel is conveniently located across the street from Casino and was an easy walking to the falls and all the attractions. The parking fee is $6 per night and their is a free computer and printer in lobby for your use. If this hotel would just clean the room carpets and give the rooms a little TLC it would be exceptional, but for now its just okay

The hotel is clean, with excellent location - no complains there! However, we rang reservations to book a room and was quoted *+tax etc for a room with 2 Q size beds. We booked 2 rooms. At time of checkout, we were charged 269.95 per room + tax which came up to some *++ per room. We disputed this amount, but was told by front desk that we had to take it up with the "central reservation" which means it's a call centre which means, finding the person we spoke to is a needle in a haystack. Good customer service in my books means that front desk should have taken the stance to rectify the situation immediately and not pass the buck. The manager has the authority to rectify our bill if he/she chooses to do so but nooooo, we were told to sort it out ourselves with the call center! Despite the great location and the decent room, this experience have certainly left a bad taste in our mouth - WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN...please double check your bookings and confirm prices before you check in!

Our room was good sized with a king bed and an in-room whirlpool. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, the whirlpool was great and the price was unbeatable! The location is very close to everything, yet far enough away from the crowds and noise. We were very impressed with their free breakfast buffet, which included eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, muffins, tarts and more. Everything was wonderful! I highly recommend this place.

We did all of the tourist stuff at Niagara Falls. This location was super; close enough to get to the attractions, yet out of the way and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

All of the staff we encountered were some of the friendliest we've ever had at a motel. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the maid service to the breakfast attendant, were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered in a hotel. We were there on a very busy holiday weekend but all the staff were helpful and cheerful. We were especially impressed with the breakfast room and the attendant, who kept everything nicely filled as well as cleaned tables and interacted with guests in a pleasant manner.

Accommodations and location were very good. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel rooms were excellent; we stayed ina suite. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to the Maid of the Mist; albeit it is a downhill walk to and an uphill walk from. As with any tourist area, the attractions and restaurants are a bit pricey. The bus pass was an outstanding value for getting between attractions. A package for the attractions is a worthwhile expense depending on your length of stay and the attractions that you would utilize.

I stayed with my 2 daughters (15 & 25) & daughter's college roommate (25). Hotel was much more reasonably priced than others nearby and was very close to everything. The short walk was exactly that - a short walk. Facility was modern, clean and friendly. Breakfast had good variety, including fruit. I would stay there again.

A couple of blocks from the horror of "the strip" which made this a very nice place to be.

Everything was within a walking distance. We had a five yr old and we had a very nice vacation. The room was spotless and very nicely furnished with a modern decor. No hunter green carpet and flowery bedding here...Will definitely stay here again!!! Don't hesitate to stay here. The front desk even called an hr after we checked in to ask if we needed anything....

Short walk to Clifton Hill and Maid of the Mist. Out of the hustle and bustle of the main events so the night time was quiet as can be. Price was much, much, lower if booked plenty of time in advance. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was good (cereal, toast, waffles, fruit, juices). wood definitely stay there again.

Couldn't ask for anything better. I have stayed in Niagara multiple times and this by far was the best stay. Hotel is very clean, and very nice inside and out. Pool looked very nice although I forgot to bring my trunks, there is a small game room with a pool table, and also the fitness room looked nice. The hotel is down the street from all the activities (Clubs, Older Casino, New Casino approx 1.2Km, Wax Museums, Ripley's , Restaurants) but just far enough away from everything so its quite. Everything including the Falls are within walking distance (Going down to the falls is much easier than walking back up the hill). I have never been so pleased with a hotel and plan on staying there from now on.

In a 7 story building, and staying on the 3rd floor, if you are in sleeper sofa area were the sofa is, you can hear every bathroom water useage from the stories above you. Throughout the night, you can always hear every shower and other water useage all night quite loudly. The hotel has several designated parking spots for registration and loading and unloading, that are clearly marked. Although vehicles stayed there all day. So to load up there car when leaving, the hotel uses a large parking lot, along with another hotel that is next to the Country Inn making it quite difficult to unload. The hotel needs to reiterate the use of it's parking facility. Value for the money---the hotel is convienent to the area, but at a price. If you are willing to shell out some extra money than it is O.K.

We were very happy overall with this hotel! It was just a few short blocks to Clifton Hill, walking distance to the Falls, had a pool, hot tub, fitness center, Free internet and Free Continental Bkfst...also, across the street from the Bird Kingdom and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark...great location and great price!
