there was black mold growing in the hallway on the ceiling. the comforter was dirty, the staff did not know much about the area and resturants there.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were huge! Great place to stay, I recommend this place to anyone. I will be staying here again.

Very clean rooms. The staff was very nice and bent over backwards to help. There is no elevator so make sure to get a ground floor room. Breakfast was OK. Getting to the hotel you have to go through a busy intersection with no light. Really backs up at rush hour. Overall it was a great place to stay. If you dont mind being patient in traffic it is really close to everything you woud ever need.

The room smelled like smojke, and w were told the guest before us had smoked in a non smoking room. The front desk staff tried to spay, but did not help.Breakfast attendent was eating while there was no coffee, then did a crossword puzzle. The pool was a ridiculous excuse. The front desk guys were great! One of the worst Country Inns I have ever stayed in.

Nice beds and friendly staff. Free internet. The hotel lived up to the 2-1/2 stars. Good staff, free breakfast, internet, etc.

We tried the Family Fun Package while we stayed here and that worked out really great. Our suite was nice and roomy for the five of us and my daughter got very close to our check-in person named Porter. Our only complaint was that I thought there was a spa and there wasn't and the pool was small and shallow. My younger two kids had a blast in it, but my 15-yr-old son didn't really use it. Of course, I and my husband didn't use it at all. There was a Walmart w/in walking distance and he also walked to the Go Kart USA right behind the hotel for an afternoon of go karting, mini-golfing and some arcade fun. I would go to this hotel again, but I would know this time about the pool and lack of a spa.

The friendliness of the staff. It was a little too country for us (i.e. small pool, poor workout room, no alarm clock).

We chose this hotel for a weekend get together with family. We planned to spend alot of time in the hotel and pool. We have stayed in a few other Country Inn & Suites and found them to be exceptional in all aspects including room furnishings, size and service. This hotel seemed to fall short in several areas: the room furnishings and common areas were not as nice, the suite was smaller, and the pool was much worse. This is the smallest hotel pool I have ever seen (I stepped it off as no moare than 10 ft x 15 ft). There was also a fair amount of rust around all door frames and light fixtures in the pool area. The water was also exceptionally cold. The rooms were very clean, the bed linens very nice, and the staff was very friendly. This hotel was not bad, just not as nice as we expected from this brand. We would stay again in a "get there late, get up early and get on the road" situation. However, for our plan of using the pool extensively and hanging out in the room alot this was a bad choice.

The bedding was extremely comfortable. Hallways were not air conditioned. Pool wasdisaster. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others but we had a disaster with the pool. Obviously the chemicals were off balance. I was at a funeral while my husband and children went swimming. When they got out of the pool they noticed that their eyes were burning. The children were crying and went to bed with cold towels on their eyes. My husband described it as excruciatingly painful to open his eyes afterward. I was too distracted with attending the funeral of a close relative and failed to inform hotel staff of this problem.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and facility was clean and comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds that I have experienced in a hotel.

The hot water was outstanding! Bathroom clean. The free breakfast is better at other Country Inn and Suites. Limited offerings and the hot breakfast was very poor quality. The room was nice for the price.

No elevator, shower pressure was loud. This was a great hotel conveniently located.

The comfortable atmosphere. No elevator for my senior mother or kids; no towels at pool after asking front desk if I needed own and pool to strong with chemical. Very comfortable and home away from home feel, rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Room service was good and helpful. Great continental breakfast selection, indoor pool a plus although it lack some in appeal - to much chemical and no towels stocked in pool area or a phone to call front desk if needed, no elevator for senior guest or children.

Clinton the desk clerk was top shelf very nice and helpful. Had to go to three different rooms on different floors before getting into the room because of bad key cards. I lugged 4 heavy bags up stairs. Not good. No elevator, mismanaged key door locking mechanism. I lugged 4 heavy bags up stairs to 3 different rooms before I got the room that didn't smell. I was exhausted. Breakfast was a joke terrible. cereal and bagels, oh and waffles. Coffee cups were paper shot glasses. TVs were okay flat panel plasma.

It was easily accessible to the places I needed to go and things I needed to do. There were a couple of traffic accidents entering the main road. It was nice, clean, with friendly service. Quiet rooms, no road noise especially considering how close it is to the interstate. That was very appreciated. Exterior sounds were at a minimum. While I prefer a hot breakfast to be included, the continental plus was very good.
