We were pleased to have such helpful front desk staff and easy location to everything in Toledo. Fresh cookies each evening and a nice breakfast each morning were great. Our room was quiet, clean and had two TVs, microwave and minifridge. I also appreciated the clean modern laundry facility as I had baseball uniforms to wash each day.

My kids loved the make your own waffles. Pool water freezing and they were paint fumes due to renovations. Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and take a quick dip in the pool. The fireplace in the lobby looked very inviting on a chilly day. Staff was courteous.

This is a very nice property; it was extremely clean, well-lit, and decorated very nicely. The breakfast was also quite tasty, and the attendant very helpful and friendly.

Very clean hotel, hallways, rooms anstairwells. Very clean and neat hotel. Hot tub and pool area well kept. I really enjoyed my stay.

I cannot understand why this is only 2 stars. It was a very nice hotel. Seven of us stayed and we had no complaints. Beds comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was very good and plentiful. Pool and hot tub were a nice touch too.

Their is nothing to say bad about this hotel, from the time checking in and checking out. The staff was very professional, rooms neat clean and comfortable. Normal Continental breakfast, but relaxing.

Staff was excellent. Attentive, very friendly and always seemed to be available. Carpeting, and toilet was hard to flush, had to stand there and hole it to make sure it worked. I will look forward to seeking the Maumee Country In and Suites to stay at in the future.

Very close to Maumee sports mall. The matress in my room was a little old and the comforter was definitley outdated.

This was by far the cleanest hotel in this price range I`ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk through the doors the smell of the lobby and rooms is like being at home. The staff was very friendly!! The beds are very comfortable and if you like feather pillows,you`ll love this hotel! A+A+A+ Staying here again next year :o)

The location was great. The staff was very unorganized. We stayed at the hotel for a wedding in Maumee. We planned ahead and got there early, but were greeted with about 40 hotel guests in the parking lot waiting to check in. Apparently the power was out and nobody could check in. Ordinarily this is no big deal, but we had to be ready for a wedding. They wouldn't even give us a place to change while we waited to check in. Breakfast at the hotel looked good, but after the wait in line there were no waffles or eggs left. The juice was gone too.

This hotel was spotless, and the smell of potpurri throughout the hotel is wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is a little small, but our kids still enjoyed it. Continental breakfast is plentiful -- and with homemade waffles, which is a plus. Breakfast room doesn't hold many people, so on busy days some may have to eat in their rooms. The cookies available in the lobby are above average quality and delicious--try and get them while still warm. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Close to the Toledo Zoo too. Overall a very pleasant stay here.

The staff, the beautiful lobby, the free breakfast. All were fantastic! The toilet did not flush well and it got clogged twice. Bathroom door did not shut easily. Hot tub was not working properly-jets did not agitate. This was a really nice place to stay. It felt like "home away from home". The rooms were clean and very pretty. The variety for breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just wish the bathroom would have worked better.

It was very quiet. Room was not available for check in. Room was not available for checking at stated time . I had to take a different room that was not very acceptable and was very small and cramped. I do believe that I should have not been charged so much for this alternate accommodation I would choose a different accommodation on my next trip to this area.

The staff was very helpful and kind especially with the breakfast. I found the lobby dirty, the elevators dirty and my room was not cleaned very well. The staff is very helpful and that is what would make me come back. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. My carpet had mess on it and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. The breakfast was adequate, but the fruit was frozen and rather tasteless. But the staff were a pleasant change of pace.

Internet access included. The beds were softer than any other hotel I've stayed. Toilet not clean. Everything in the hotel was fine except for the couple of things listed for question 14. Nice location from the highway and restaurants.
