Very NICE, CLEAN, rooms with comfortable beds! Although there are lots of nearby restaurants for dining, etc. but would be nice to have one on site for those arriving later in eve. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone and would stay there again if flying out of Midway. Hats off to Country Inn & Suites in Matteson, IL. We enjoyed our stay.

The fireplace in the lobby was nice. I would never stay here again. The rooms were dirty, the pool was murky, there were gang members walking the halls all hours of the night. The staff did nothing to make the rest of the hotel guests feel safe. My niece was hit while in the pool. When the 11pm adult swim started, there were parents with children who refused to leave and the staff did nothing.

Close to restaurants & mall. Continental breakfast. Although I understand the icy conditions were beyond the hotel's control, it was clear that not much effort was being put forth to clean or salt the main walkways or paths that customers needed to use. Very disappointing that our safety was not more of a priority.

Absolutely nothing. Staff was extremely rude, lights in operable in room, wallpaper hanging off the wall in the room, phone in room in - operable. Also got stuck in elevator and had to be rescued by the fire dept and the hotel offered me nothing and instead of inquiring about my well being asked me to post signs on various floors stating the elevator was out and offered me nothing, absolutely nothing for my inconvenience. But a rude behavior.

Cleanliness andvery confortable. Outdated decor. The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The decor could be updated but it was a good value compared to other hotels in the area.

WiFi in each room. Clean an friendly. Honest housekeepers. Not much of a view from our room. We enjoyed our stay. The place was cleen and the staff was friendly. My wife accidently left her jewelry in a plastic glass in the bathroom. We didn't discover this until long after checkout and cleaning of the room. The honest housekeeper had it and readily turned it over. We were quite relieved. We highly recommend this hotel for family and business travelers who want an excellent value for the price.

Very clean and located in a quiet area that was close to restaurants and shopping. The drains in the shower were slow. Very nice hotel, location is excellent and the staff very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Our room stunk like a cigarette smoke so badly and it was a non smoking room. I would stay here again just for one night.

The hotel was close to the race track we were going to and their breakfast was nice. NA. Most of the staff was friendly. The pool was very small only fitting 25 people when the hotel holds 100's. The elevator only works half the time so I wouldn't suggest anyone handicapped stay there.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was sparse ran out when we were there. Big reunion staying at that time, so it was understandable. The room was nice enough for the price, the staff was courteous, and the facility seemed clean. They did run out of breakfast items, but there was a large family reunion staying there at the same time, and so it was understandable.

Felt safe with my children with me. No smoking in rooms. Stay was ok. Went for daughters 10th birthday and had to stay with some unfortunate people whose homes were without power. Overall staff was very pleasant and helpful. Had a few problems in the pool area with under aged children acting rude and endangering my kids, but went to front desk and was handled within 5 min time. Great job staff.

Lovely porch and breakfast area. Pool is postage stamp size. The breakfast choices were few. There was no yogurt (unusual in my experience). The fruit was wonderful slices oranges on the first morning but canned fruit cocktail (UGH) the second. Only Cheerios and some kind of flakes were available.

I like the country home feel that the hotel presented. The decor was lovely. I didn't like being in a smoking room. I didn't like that I couldn't locate an attendant at the front desk. Overall my stay at the hotel was great. It was close to the function that I was attending and it was convenient. The pool area was clean and the workout room was nice. The cleaning people did a wonderful job in keeping the room clean and replacing the towels.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean. Nothing. This hotel was conveniently located off the highway, plenty of shops & restaurants in the vicinity. It was clean and had a friendly staff. We had nine people in three rooms. Every room was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Location to highway and local restaurants and stores. No soap tray in the bathroom. This hotel is clean, safe and comfortable. Reasonably priced for location and purpose. I would come back to this hotel.
