There was a family reunion going on in the dining area and we had no access to it, no refrigerator in our room or microwave like we were supposed to.

Easy to find, good support, i.e., fast food and Wal-Mart. No correction offered. Poor customer service. The place was a mad house, tons of kids, not managed well. I would have love a dip in the pool but the number of unsupervised kids made the stay a dis-appointment.

I travel quite a bit on business with my immediate family, and as such, often book suites and extended stay rooms for the amenities provided. After reading the reviews on this hotel I was hesitant to stay, but was very pleasantly surprised. Close proximity to the I-10 interstate makes it ideal for business travelers to Tallahassee or Panama City (approx 60 mi) without incurring the Spring Break insanity of college kids and vacationers. Marianna is a very nice, clean Florida town with friendly people and several good restaurants and pleasant distractions (the florida caverns and state park are a great daytrip!) I chose Country Inn Suites over the half dozen other hotels in the area for the larger rooms and am happy to report that the room was very clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The lobby and continental (a word I am convinced means "no meat") breakfast were classy, but for the best meals in town can be found at the Cornerstone Restaurant about 2 miles up Hwy 71 - be sure to ask the desk clerk for a coupon good for a 10% discount. When my business meeting required me to stay a second night, I quickly returned to the travel website and booked the exact same room for the second reservation. Needless to say, I will definately stay here again.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Distance from my business in Marianna horse show. We came in late and left early, but it was very elegantly decorated, cozy and felt safe. Nice room, comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.

This hotel was advertised as ""Brand New"" in a discount coupon book.. It is definitely not brand new, only revamped to a degree. We found that the bathroom was dirty, the shower head was poor, the carpets were not new and the room smelled musty.

The hotel looked very nice from the outside & lobby, but once we got to our room, boy were we surprised. The room smelled, the furniture was dusty, the telephone did not work( there was no dial tone and the repair work was never completed as stated by the front desk during our visit), and consequently we could not gain internet access to complete some business related work. The staff was not dressed in a uniform but everyday clothing which surprised me. So, unless you saw them pushing a cart they blended in with the guest.
