Second day of a 10 day motorcycle trip. Pool was great but couldn't really swim because of all the kids but that is to be expected. Walked across the road to Mall, great place. Breakfast was ok but the biscuits were partially frozen and the gravy cool.

Right across the street of Mall of America. No smoking rooms. This hotel was very clean and nice. I didn't like that there were no smoking room or frig/microwave in the rooms.

Very nice, clean and breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

I come to Minnesota each year for a National Convention. We stayed there last year and loved it. They have done so much to improve everything since then. It is right across from the Mall of America. They have a shuttle, but we actually decided to walk across to it. The shuttle also goes to the airport, which is not far away. The pool is very nice (inside) and also hot tub. I just didn't take the time to use it. The room was very nice. It was clean & smelled nice when you walk in. The beds were very comfortable. They have a free breakfast. They make waffles to order and bring them to your table. Since last year they added scrambled eggs. It was very good. Most hotels that I have stayed at have maybe a hard boiled egg for protein, so I was very pleased to find a decent breakfast! My friends stayed there last year while I was in Minneapolis, 3 days longer than I did. They were very happy with their treatment and room also. I found this hotel to be very quiet also. The staff is very willing to help in any way and are very prompt if you need something. I can't say enough for this hotel! It is great for families also.

Nice hotel! King Suite was roomy but A/C was noisy (vibration on unit). Also, room temp was never kept at a constant temp. Had temp on 70 degrees to stay cool. Normally 73 is fine. Hotel could use general cleanly in lobby daily (ex.rugs out of place, floors needed sweeping, windows cleaned)Shuttle was convenient to shopping and airport. Breakfast was nice although got confused on ending times (day of week vs weekend). Missed breakfast first day. Nice breakfast with hot and cold foods. I definitely would stay again.

Within walking distance to Mall of America, friendly staff. Free breakfast was overcrowded on weekend, too many kids running around. The hotel was an affordable, clean, comfortable place to stay. The convenience of walking to the nearby Mall of America meant we only used our car at night to drive to dinner, although there were several restaurants we could have went to at the mall or nearby. Overall, a good value.

We would definately stay here again! Directly across the road from Mall of America! Room was very clean, staff was excellent!

When we checked in, the hotel staff was not very friendly. Their computers were down, so maybe they were just having one of those days. Almost always when I check into a hotel, they tell me a bit about the hotel; where & what time breakfast is, where things are located, etc. It was pretty much, "here is your room key, see ya."They didn't even point me to where our room location was, I had to ask. The same demeanor was used at check out time. The hotel was under extensive construction. Had I known this, I would not have paid the premium price to stay there. Workers all over, dust, and overall in our way a lot of the time. The beds were uncomfortable. I woke up every night with a backache and my daughter with a neck ache. The breakfast was nice. They had a deluxe continental breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, and made to order waffles. It was open decent hours at 6 am to 10:30 am. Overall, I would not have chosen this hotel. I wanted to be close to the Mall of America, but there are other decent hotels in the area at a cheaper price that offer a shuttle bus to the mall as well.

We arrived to find the Front Desk staff very helpful and FRIENDLY! Everything just got better from there on. The room was close to the exit, Friday's restaurant was adjacant to the hotel, and the Mall of America was just accross the street. We got to visit our relatives and since the hotel was conveniently located we were not afraid to travel. We liked the nice friendly folks, great rooms, and a decent rate. Curtis M. Kitto

Comfortable with activities for older children to do. It smelled smoky and the view was not great. Overall our trip was great and very relaxing. The room was very sufficient and the location of restaurants was great.

There are cheaper hotels in the area. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast, dirty pool area. Cheaper and nicer hotels in the same vicinity and just as close to the mall.

Loved being able to walk across the street to Mall of America. Loved the friendly, warm fireplace (we're from Florida!). Loved the sugar cookies in the jar. Loved the scale that the staff had to weigh our luggage. Loved having a IHOP and TGIF in the parking lot. Loved the free wireless access.

I liked the restaurants were located at the hotel, the shuttle service to the mall of Amer.

The hotel was nice, as hotels go. The location to the Mall of America was perfect and they provided a convenient shuttle. It was also easy to access highways to other destinations like the University of Minnesota, which was the main purpose of our trip. The room was okay. The heating and cooling unit (in the wall) in our room was noisy. The first night, it awakened me every time it kicked on. I slept terrible. The next morning, I notified the front desk who immediately sent someone up to work on it while we were out. When I got back, it was better but still not right. I called the front desk again and they sent the facilities manager up within minutes. After I demonstrated the problem to him, he said he was going to replace the entire unit and wanted to know if the room would be available to him soon. I told him we were leaving for a few hours and what time we'd return. When I got back, there was a brand new, whisper-quiet unit the room. I thanked the front desk for their prompt attention to the problem. (I would have liked to have received a monetary condolence for my inconvenience, but such is life.)All in all, I enjoyed my stay there and I'd go back.

Convenient to the mall. I wish the shuttles ran more often. This is a very nice place to stay. The people were very nice. The shuttles ran once every hour which was not very convenient - took a taxi instead only cost $4.00 to go from the mall back to the hotel.

the hotel was nice, for the price. The water pressure in the showers was great. The King size bed was the best. My husband and I enjoyed every part of the hotel. When we got home we bought the same bed for our own home.

We were in town to do some shopping and to attend a MN Vikings game. We weren't sure where to stay but a friend suggested this hotel and I'm so glad she did. It's right across from the Mall of America and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every half hour to it. Lots of dining options at the Mall and right next door to the hotel is IHOP which delivered room service for free, and also a TGIFriday's. Across the parking lot was a Chevy's Texmex and across the street from that was the station to get on the light rail and ride it down to the Metrodome (cost us $3.50 for a round trip ticket!!) and it drops you off right at the Dome. Perfect! Our weekend was terrific and a lot of it had to do with this hotel. I'd recommend to anyone. Our king suite had a fantastic bed, the room was huge, and very clean.

It was very close to the Mall of America and the shuttle service is great for teenage children. Would like the shuttle to drop off at IKEA as well. Enjoyable stay. Comfortable and quiet. Almost too quiet (needed a fan to make a humming noise to sleep better- personal preference). Great shuttle service to the mall-perfect for teenage children to come and go as they please and parents can relax back at the hotel with the awesome 42" HD TV.

Excellent location across the street from the Mall of America and near the airport. Nice rooms, great staff. Rates were nice also! Looking forward to coming back here again.
