Went to Sea World which was very close to the hotel. The hotel was convenient to everything.

This hotel is a great overall deal for anyone with a limited budget traveling to Orlando/kissimee area. They made us feel like if we were in a Disney resort. The breakfast, pools, room service, customer service at the front desk were all excellent. We recommend this place to all.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days with my wife and 2 kids (6-5), we reserved the caribean suite wich had two small beds for the kids and a good wall painting fo caracters, a small tv. The hotel was clean and nice, bathrooms ok, and it included breakfast and parking. Breakfast could be better it did not have any hot meal such as scramble egss or bacon, etc. But for the rest it was ok. No restaurant in the premises wich is not to good, and havind delivery the rooms are small for 4 to eat. Pools are great all of them with hot water, it was cold when we where there. Easy access to parks. No kids activities other than the pools. For the price we payed I would stay again but in a room with 2 double queen beds not the caribean suite.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't want to have dinner delivered. They had 5 menus. I asked for recommendations. The pizza was delivered quickly; it was very hot and delicious. The room was comfortable and relaxing - nice layout with sink outside the bathroom and vanity area too.

We were not there very long. It was just one night before we left early in the morning. We couldn't even take advantage of the free breakfast we had to leave so early.

Nice, clean rooms, staff friendly and pools were EXCELLENT. Slightly out of the way. Excellent hotel. Staff friendly, helpful, & efficient. Breakfast was better than most of the more expensive hotels. Pools & facilities were EXCELLENT with 4-5 pools, water slides, basketball court, sand volleyball, grills for guests to use, etc. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 kids age 6 and 5. The hotel in general was clean, the room and beds where ok. Bathrooms clean and it included breakfast, internet and parking. The Hotel does not have any restaurants and you must go out if you would like some good food. Rooms are small to dine in between 4. We had the small suite with the childrens bed and pirate pictures in the wall. It was nice for them but pillows could be better quality. The pools where available and 3 of them with tempered water and nice slides for the kids. Ths spa tub worked fine and where great after the parks. The play room area is smalll and only has electronic games. No other distraction for the kids. In general good stay.

I was not expecting a $5/day hotel service charge at check-in.

Enjoyed our stay a few years ago, but this time ....not so much. The hotel grounds and common areas still looked great and the staff couldn't be nicer. We took the elevator to the 4th floor where the hallway smelled of stale cigarettes - very unusual for a 100% non-smoking hotel. Once inside the room we found a strong smell of....well I'm not sure, but it seemed to be a combination of wet dog and smelly gym socks. The beds were Ok and the bedding seemed fresh and clean, but the room looked so run down. I can tell you that the previous guests included someone with long brown hair, as we found it everywhere - on tables, on the sink, on the toilet......you get the picture. I could go on but I'm sure I've said enough.

We stayed 5 nights. Restaraunts are not within close walking distance. Walmart is near the hotel. First day pools were warm, kids did swim the other 4 evenings but heater did not work even in the hot tub. Good treat was the cookies and coffee in the Lobby. Would stay again.

The Country Inn Suites was in a great location to have a relaxing, and enjoyable mini vacation. The choice of pools was great - one with music, bar etc, one more peaceful, another good for swimming laps. The staff were very friendly, and willing to help whenever they were needed. All areas of the hotel were clean and organized. Towels were available for the pool. The hotel was accessible to Disney, and to many restaurants, and other important amenities that we needed.

After reading all the positive comments here, decided to book a room. The furniture was all damaged and destroyed, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the TV didn't work- the room seemed like something from a no star motel from hell- management was not helpful. With so many Orlando options, look for something else.

Overall was a great hotel.A few minor problems that could of been changed. Internet did not work in the room when I called downstairs and they said they have internet in the lobby.

The positives: This hotel was very clean; the staff courteous and the pools clean and spacious enough to not be over crowded. The onsite activities such as the book borrow, game room and mini golf are great for time spent relaxing around the hotel. The 24 hour complimentary coffee service is convenient and greatly appreciated after long days in theme parks. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient food and a great time saver. The travel website price was quite reasonable at around 70 dollars per night. The not so positives...We were disappointed that the fitness center, while clean and well stocked with clean towels, had several "out of order" machines. However the biggest disappointment and subsequent frustration was in room pay movie service which was not working. When we initially reported it the night clerk was not aware of the outtage and thought it was just the one in our room so she changed our room. We later found out it had been out of service for at least one day prior to our check in. Over the course of our stay we inquired on the movie service at least 4 times and twice the desk clerk was not really aware of the issue. While we understand that in life sometimes things just break; the hotel management should have been more active in getting the items repaired and most definitely more informative to t heir staff so the staff can answer guest inquiries. These improvements would make this good hotel into a really good hotel. I'd stay there again but I'd check on the movies and fitness center first. One last suggestion to make it fabulous, have the outside bar allow guests to charge food and drinks to their room.

This hotel was great. Nice rooms, clean, terrific free breakfasts every a.m., three heated pools and jacuzzi, bar at poolside and minutes from Disney and loads of restaurants. Only had some issues with noisy people in the hallways late at night (but you can't keep people from being rude).

More activities than most hotels. Hotel was older than I had expected. This hotel is great for a family wishing to visit the Magic Kingdom. It has 4 pools with a slide and a miniature golf course. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. I did not find the rooms to be in great condition. They were much older than I had expected. The pools can get very crowded at this hotel, since they share with 2 or 3 other hotels. I was unhappy with the $5 resort fee I was charged. This is not a resort and the amenities are nothing beyond what other hotels would have.
