Very friendly staff andvery clean room. The pool water wasvery cloudy and felt unclean. Our hotel room was above and beyond what I had expected. We were so happy with our stay there. They had a great continental breakfast and our room looked out onto the parking lot and Dutch Wonderland. The girls were happy to look out and see Dutch Wonderland. I will definitely stay here again.

The suites are generously sized and in great shape. Hotel was clean, and looked relatively new. Very close to the sites we wanted to see. Service was average, and the heating system needed to e turned up to about 78 before it put out adequate heat. Other than that, a fine experience. Would stay there again.

We stayed for only one night, I would recommend at least two. It's centralized for Dutch Wonderland, Strasburg Train/Day out with Thomas, and Hershey Park. We have three kids, all in one room. They loved the pool and we love the location, service, quality for paid for. Builiding is kind of new too, close to restaurant and outlet shopping, not to mention Smoking Free and Free Breakfast. Can't be beat.

The room was very clean and quiet. It was a handicapped accessible room, but still very nice. The room was very clean. It was handicapped accessible, which we didn't need, but was very spacious, but was probably the reason why there was not much counter space in the bathroom. There was a refrigerator which was nice.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a week in a very delightful room with a separate sitting area and a second TV. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful and you shouldn't miss the complimentary cookies at the check in desk. The morning breakfast area was large and amply stocked with a great variety of food and the lady who maintained it was expecially pleasant and efficient. The only negative to whole week was the condition of the indoor pool. Apparenty, the pool filter had somehow discharged sand into the pool and was not filtering the water. As a result, the water had a scum of some sort on the surface and was murky so that you could not see the bottom. The hot tub had been treated with some product that produced a frothy white substance like Tide suds on the surface. I informed the front desk that their pool filter was not working and the conditions that i've described. The manager said that there had been some problem with the filter system and it was being addressed. When we left the hotel, 5 days later, the problem had not been corrected and we never used the pool.

We went to Dutch Wonderland and this is perfect location, right across from the place. Very clean, big rooms. Kids loved the pool, b-fast was good too and can't beat the value - FREE. Wallking or short distances to restaurants, outlets, and other shopping. Easy to get to as right off major high way, only 100 miles+ from NJ. Perfect stay if visiting Thomas Day Out/Strasburg Rail station, Dutch WOnderland, and Hershey Park. Only thing missing is a gym. WIll stay again.

Clean, friendly, large room (actually a suite), convenient and breakfast included. For the price, to stay in this hotel it could not have been better. The room had two queen beds in the sleeping area and then a totally separate sitting/TV/Eating area. Great set-up with small kids. Completely convenient to Dutch Wonderland, outlets, Strasburg, etc. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd stay there every time we go to Lancaster.

we liked this hotel very much, it was my sister and i who stayed there. We found the suite very nice. you had the sitting room which was nice. Room was very clean, and we liked the idea of non smoking through out the hotel. It was closed to both outlets, tanger you could really walk to on a nice day. Would stay there on my next visit.

Peaceful, clean and friendly. Our room was spacious with everything we could ask for the night. Friendly staff, lovely decor throughout the building. Close but not next door to activites. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and called once in our room to make sure everything was to our liking. We really liked everything. A great hotel to stay in. The room lay-outs are great, especially since we were traveling with our 3 children. There were 2 TV's. which provided a kid room.

Location was great to the Sight and Sound and it was clean. The Beds were VERY hard and not enough extra blankets to be used. The hotel was great. It was clean and it did not have that musty/Smokey smell that is in most hotels. Overall it was a great weekend.

Each room had an extra sitting room! Limited parking in the front of the motel The hotel staff was most cordial and our stay at the Country Inn and Suites was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well-kept. I highly recommend this place!!

Clean, comfortable, secure. The room had a homey atmostphere. Employees were friendly, and helpful. Good resturants and shopping nearby. The excellent Christian theater "Sight and Sound" is about 5 minuets away. Lending library in the lobby. In room fridg, hair drier and iron. beautiful indoor pool.

The Amish decore gave this hotel a warm country feeling. Our suite was roomy and comfortable. It felt more like a home than a hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but not out of the ordinary. The pool and hot tub were large and clean. The business room with free dial-up computers was great. It made staying connected with friends and family easy. We even bought tickets for the rest of our vaction on-line. Every hotel should provide this service. The Lapp Family Resturant next door had excellent family style food.
