This hotel is nice and well kept. However, the desk staff is another matter. It was freezing rain and nearly midnight when we arrived after a long day of driving on ice and frozen slush. The desk clerk would not let my son and daughter into the hotel because they did not have the room key card. They had to stand outside in the pouring sleet until we came from parking the car and getting the bags. There is no excuse for this. She could have let them into the foyer and had them wait until we got in. The next morning the morning desk clerk had only shoveled the side walk that was right out the door (not any of the other side walk) and had not put down ice melt on any of it. Too bad a nice hotel has such poor staff...

Comfortable and clean. Pool closes at 10:00 PM. Very nice young man at service desk and very quick in checking in.

the manager was great. she made our stay great. we will be back next year for the folk style national wrestling tournament and we will be staying with them again. j, you and your staff where great. keep up the good work. see ya , next year.

New general manager was very pleasant and went out of her way for my family. I will return and hope to see her friendly face more.
