My husband & I had a really good time while in Hot Springs. It was wonderful to have the motel already reserved...we just checked in. The service was great & the room was very clean. We rode the duck ride, it was awesome & ate @ the Fisherman's Wharf (great catfish). We also visited the Wax Museum...it was great also. Loved walking & visiting the shops in downtown Hot Springs (beautiful city)! We could only visit a few days, wish we could have stayed longer. It was so nice for my husband & I just have a few short days alone to refresh ourselves. Thanks for everything!

The breakfast was excellent and staff friendly. Hard beds. It was like sleeping on a rock, much like hotels 20 years ago. Hotel needs to upgrade to pillow top mattresses to be a 3 star hotel. Staff friendly and entrance atmosphere clean, nice and staff prepared. Check in was fast. Room clean but mattress hard and comforter old fashioned which put a damper on the stay and confidence in the hotel as a three star plus.

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms had a smell from the smoking rooms. Having smoking and non-smoking on same floor was not good. The smell traveled throughout the hotel.

We had two queen sized beds in our room. One was fine, but the other one was not of the same quality, very uncomfortable. Do not use the in-room phone! You will be charged about a dollar a minute for all calls.

We were there for the lakes. We wanted a room with a fridge and booked one that said it had it. We even printed out the room we reservered and when we got there it looked nothing like the picture. And no fridge. Nice but not what we thought we were getting.

I enjoyed my time on vacation in Hot Springs. I was very comfortable at this hotel and enjoyed the breakfast. I did have issues with the WiFi. They were aware of it and had already made one switch and then had several things to try and help. However, it still was a problem. You had to sit in specific places to get service on WiFi. I was very pleased with the front desk. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness. Strong aerosol used in rooms. Happy overall, but since I am allergic to fragrance, I had to be moved to another room that didn't have to strong aerosol sprayed in it to mask cigarette smoke.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were nice but we had two queen beds and one had a slump in the middle that was hard to miss when we entered the room. When we told the staff but they could not give us another room because the inn was full. We had two children and needed the 2nd bed so we went home early.

The hotel room was clean and nice. The deluxe breakfast the next morning was great, the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had!!!
