Trip was just an overnight jaunt to the main office. I chose this hotel based on its proximity to the area. Stayed there before and was impressed by the cleanliess of the rooms and the staff's attention to detail. One problem - hotel's computer system was down so I wasn't able to get a receipt at check-out.

My second time staying at this hotel was a great as my first. The value for the dollar was there. The rooms are good size, modern, exceptionally clean. We stayed in a suite that first time, as there were three of us and the extra space was only a little more costly but with three of us worth the money. The breakfast is more than adequate with an attentive host who just kept turning out the waffles. The breakfast is mostly a cold one, with ceral, fruit, but also has hard boiled eggs for those watching their carbs. Its located just a couple miles from Northhampton, an easy place to find, but you do need a vehicle to drive to shops, other resturants(there is a full resturant on premises, but did not try it).

Clean. Quiet. Attractive. Internet access. Friendly staff! Our daughter spent hours searching for affordable hotels in the region (as we were looking at colleges in the region). We looked at other hotels that seemed good. Downright scary. This hotel was WONDERFUL! For only a few dollars more, we had a safe and perfectly pleasant experience. If I ever return to the area I will stay at this hotel again!

The Country Inn and Suites was very comfortable, the pool and hot tub clean with many towels available, the continental breakfast was great! The room was also very nice, the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable, but for a short stay overall-- excellent value and I would recommend to any friend/family.

I really liked the hominess of the lobby, and the quietness of the location. No WiFi. Overall, I liked the charm of the Country Inns and Suites. From the moment you arrive you are struck by the inviting lobby. It's a little off the beaten path but you appreciate the quiet surroundings once you find it and are checked in. Only negative -- no WiFi.

Friendly staff willing to accommodate us on special requests and comfy large rooms. Nothing. Comfy large rooms, friendly helpful staff and great place for families. We had a large king suite with a door to the bedroom that blocked out any noise from the hall. Got a good night sleep - how often can you say that of hotels? Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
