Good sized rooms. Water temperature in the Indoor swimming pool was a little cold. Good-sized rooms, good breakfast.

we stayed here during a local event for 2 nights and were treated exceptionally well by the staff and our room was clean and comfortable.The location is convenient to all of Chattanooga and we will definitely stay there again next year.

The access road was difficult to see. Although you can easily see the hotel from the highway, the entrance road was a little tricky to find. I was not able to access my work from my flash drive in the business center, but the front desk staff allowed me to use the computer in the office to print out my report which was exceedingly helpful.

Free breakfast, everyone was friendly and courteous, felt safe. Across from the pool, butOK when TV was on. It was a wonderful stay. I was able to attend my granddaughter's wedding as a grandma traveling alone. They made my stay very pleasant.

"Our Volley Team stayed at this hotel. Parents/teenagers were very impressed with hotel! Hotel was clean, spacious and staff was kind/ helpful. Gave directions to the v-ball tournaments and recommended a great place usto dine. They have novels on site for the guests to read. Hotel had food (coffee & tea) and freshly made cookies available upon arrival. The hotel is also near a shopping area. Flaw: If you were not careful you'd miss the turn to access the hotel. They have an indoor pool. Our team was able to bond with one another.WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL! -- Thanks!!"

The staff. Difficult to find and rather plain. I was disappointed with the hotel for the price considering the other hotels in the area that I have stayed in before, especially value for cost.

Helpful staff, nice room, comfortable bed, very clean hotel and great breakfast. My family enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was roomy and had a comfortable bed. The entire property was well maintained and clean. All of us enjoyed the breakfast (my children thought the hot chocolate was fantastic). Overall, we were very happy.
