Unfortunately, during my 2-day stay, the only time I had to enjoy the pool/spa was when the pool was down for "maintenance" action. Oh, well! Otherwise, everything was basically OK. Breakfast was also "OK"; maybe could use a few more food choices.

The blankets were nice. No smoking. The hotel itself was nice, but the fact that I'm a smoker andI could not smoke in my room,beingI had to keep running in and out of the bldg, made my stay unpleasent.

Would definitely stay here again. Large, clean room, breakfast was great. Pool and fitness facilities were up to date and clean. Staff was efficient.

Found members of evening staff to be unbelievable rude and condesending. The hotel room was wonderful and clean. The evening staff when asked a question by a child made thier question into a joke and delibertly embarssed the child for asking the question. I have always utilized Country Inn and Suites all over the country, but would not recommend the one in Henrietta NY.

During our 3 night stay we found the same excellent level of service we have experienced it many of the more costly hotels. Our room was modern, bright, very comfortable, quiet and clean. Motel personnel were helpful, polite and pleasant. We were very pleased with our stay.

Clean room, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Continental breakfast was mediocre. This was a good clean, safe, convenient place to stay. Although the room was nice enough, some of the amenities were average (no microwave in room, wireless connection slow, TV not updated). Nice spacious bathroom with everything working well.

I just need a quick little get away considering I live close to the area. This was perfect a nice comfortable hotel with the warm feeling of home. They have a wonderful free breakfast with fresh waffles, pool, whirpool, and free cookies available all the time what more could you ask for. Not to mention the customer service was excellent they bent over backwards to make sure I had the best stay ever. I would definatly stay at this hotel again in the future. It was comfort at a resonable price. Oh yes and the cleanliness which is very important to me was impressive.

Convenient and comfortable. Crowded breakfast room. Very pleased. Attractive lobby, rooms, was quiet and comfortable. There were some youth sport teams there soam breakfast was crowded. On the whole we were very pleased.

The hotel is very clean, great breakfast items. Nice staff. Business center open all hours, good for printing fight tickets and surfing. Pool and whirlpool clean area and fitness was also clean! I'd stay again anytime.

Had a family emergency - needed to fly in at the last minute and find a hotel I could afford that was also clean and close to where I needed to be and have the quality I am use to. Country Inn & Suites was the perfect match for me. Very nice hotel staff, room was clean, odor free, and easily accessible. Need to print airline tickets the day I left and I used their Business Center. Forgot Toothpaste and they had it at the front desk. This hotel will see me return again and again. But, under better circumstances. Thanks Country Inns & Suites.

It was very easy to get to. Nothing. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and room was neat and clean. Very easy to get to. I would stay here again.

We loved going in the clean pool and whirlpool that had just the right water temperature. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which was very tasty. We were visiting our daughter-in-laws family in Rochester and the hotel was relaxing and met our needs.

It was clean, quiet and accessible. No specific dislikes. Excellent for the price. A little out of the way, but quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. I was quite pleased with the pool and hot tub. Both were clean and quiet.

It's close to NEW! - Very nice, reasonable location - I'd stay again. This hotel is not too close to restaurants. Like new, clean, friendly and helpful staff, hot breakfast was good - I'd stay here again for sure!

Clean, and location was great to colleges and shopping and dining. Breakfast on Saturday was chaotic, very busy, not enough seating and low supply of available food options. Overall a great hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. A great value. The hotel was a little off the beaten path. The Comfort Suites and Inn is a very good value overall. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The only negative is the location of the hotel which is a few turns off of the main road but nothing to distract from the stay.

Near local restaurants and attractions. Cost of room was a little pricey. Very nice hotel. Clean and staff was very friendly. Nice hotel to get away for a day or two. Will stay here again.
