The staff was very friendly and nice. I was a little disappointed, because we choose that hotel not only for their location but because it had more than just a continetal breakfast and we didn't mind paying more for the room because of this feature. But we also didn't realize that the hotel was sold out. We were disappointed because everyday that we went down to get some breakfast there wasn't anything available. So we would go down at different times during the morning so we could see if there would be any breakfast avaiable and there wasn't really anything, especially anything hot like advertised and the reason for choosing the hotel in the beginnning. I was also disapointed when we arrived that they didn't have a room avaiable for us and we had booked at least a month in advance. They were going to but us in a smoking room and we are non-smoking people and the air conditioner was broken. So thankfully that some one cancelled and we were able to get their room. But all in all it wasn't too bad just a little disappointed for the money that we spent and didn't recieve the thingd that we wanted to begin with.

This place made me feel right at home. Everyone was very nice, treated us like family. The big family suite was a big help with 3 children you need lots of room. I will return every year and only stay here.

I was very pleased with the Country In Georgetown, Ky, The staff was great, they made us feel welcome and wanted. I love the free coffie and cookies 24 hrs a day. I dreamed of them at night. Thanks for a great vacation. Be back soon!!!

room was small, sofa fabric was falling apart, a/c was loud and the refrigerator was leaking on the carpet...the housekeeping staff had put towels in it to absorb the moisture.

I liked the Country Inn & Suites at Georgetown, KY. It provided free long distance phone calls. The mattress was very comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was the pool had too much chorline in it.
