Great location, great price, great breakfast! It is relatively clean and a good deal for the price. Two blocks from Canal and Decatur. Concierge very nice and helpful. Not so great if you need a quiet place to sleep. Atrium-style lobby is lovely, but sound travels to rooms and it can be very noisy at times. Also, booked a two queen bed room, got a king plus sofabed. Not an impossible situation, but front desk staff a bit rude about it when I inquired.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel 5 times.....every time it has been a pleasure!! The hotel is very clean and well-run.....the beds are wonderful. We will always stay here when we travel to New Orleans. What a fabulous city!!!

This was our second trip to New Orleans, and it was nice to be so near to the French Quarter, but not in the crowds from Bourbon Street. The hotel was quiet, clean, and had excellent staff. The free hot breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a hard time finding a hotel room because of a music festival in New Orleans and finally snagged this one on Orbitz. While not the cheapest hotel I've ever stayed at, the alternatives sounded so horrible I don't regret shelling out the extra dollars. Check in had a girl texting who made us wait a minute til she finished, but sadly this is becoming quite common everywhere. That was the only low spot though. Quick service, they brought us extra bedding when we asked for it, gave us good directions, got us cabs and stored our luggage all day. The room was small, but clean and airy, right on the courtyard which had a pool we never used. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. You can make your own waffles! They had cappucinos, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, bagels, pastries, eggs and sausage. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not quite in the French Quarter but definitely an easy walk to it.

The pool and its location. They messed my reservations up. My reservation was for 2 bed room andI got one. They ran out of extra blankets and pillows. and valet took about 20 minutes to bring my car around.

All and all pretty nice and decent price. Valet is 25 a day and not any better options for parking so just plan on adding to the cost per night.

What could I say about this hotel, except that this was one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The hotel was in walking distance of everything, and I mean everything. The inside of the hotel is stunning, the beams are very cool. The also have a very helpful staff that is very knowledgeable with their surroundings. They know where to go and what to do. The only thing that was unexpected was the pay to park thing. You could do street park (meters), or valet ( i prefer) because everything is in walking distance, and you don't have to pay for gas.... Check out the free Jazz concert in the square on Weds..... AWESOME!!!!!!

The conciere at the hotel was extremely helpful in making arrangements for tours and suggesting places to visit. His friendly manner made it very easy to work with him. We loved the location--it is central to all of the places of interest we wanted to see. It is close to the French Quarter, the Riverfront, the casino and street car lines.

Very comfortable beds. Hallway carpeting on 1st floor looked worn and dirty. Hotel was very nice - great renovation of historical warehouse spaces. Nice roomy lobby area with great quiet reading room off the lobby. Loved the access to a computer in the lobby. Wonderful breakfast room with great varied choices for breakfast. Outdoor courtyard nice - no chance to try pool due time constraints.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. King size bed was very firm and took up most of the room. Tiny pool. Free, make-your-own breakfast was convenient and sufficient. Only 2 safe blocks from French Quarter, Canal Street, Mothers restaurant, and more.. Trolley car lines about 2 blocks away - excellent site-seeing and pleasant ride for only 1.25.

The hotel was located in the perfect area for all of our activities. The staff was helpful. Hotel itself was beautiful. Exposed high-beamed ceilings & brick, w/a nice outside courtyard leading to the pool. Warm cookies throughout the day & good breakfast.

Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast - nice selection. Location is good - only two blocks from the French Quarter and safe to walk to and from. Parked my car and never used it - walked everywhere - convention center, restuarants, casino, etc. Free high speed internet - although not wireless - worked well. Good shower and clean bathroom with lots of good towels. I try to stay here every time I am in New Orleans!

Unique design of the lobby area. Exceeded my expectations. I had never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before and, for whatever reason, did not have high expectations. The location, cleanliness, and service of the hotel was exceptional.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five days while in town for business. The hotel was clean and beautiful. One block fom Canal and right in the middle of everything but far enough to get a good nights sleep without the drunken madness from Bourbon St. We walked everywhere we needed to go. We did rent a car on the last two days of our trip i norder to drive to Baton Rouge and we found a parking lot right around the corner from the hotel that only charged $15 for the whole night. The hotel's valet started at $25 for a few hours. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to New orleans. Breakfast was good very crowded on the weekend. The outside courtyard was nice to sit and read a book. Overall, great hotel and good value.
